Amazing experience. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to Mr Humayan Kabir (General Manager) . He is very welcoming and hospitable. Wish you all the best
My wife and I went for a staycation there for two nights, we didn't have a good experience regarding restroom, it was winter, after check in, went for shower but water heater wasn't work properly, either it's too hot or cold, and pressure fluctuating, i called the reception, they suggested me to put water controller on centre to get warm water, but it didn't work then i called them again and requested to change the room but it was negative, though they sent repair personal, which wasted our time. The repair personnel were quite unprofessional, his shoe wasn't clean, so made the washroom floor dirty, though they mop later, but i felt it's unhygienic, after fixing the water issue, the next day it came back again, the water issue was never solved properly. To note the washroom floor is quite slippery due to the wrong floor tiles choice, other than that staycation was average, hope the management will improve matters, at last thanks to them for letting us delay check out and airport transportation.
It’s a nice nifty hotel. Pretty well kept and a decent location, quiet area, while being in the heart of the town.
Overall a really solid selection. However, really couldn’t differentiate between between a “honeymoon” suit vs regular in terms of how rooms are setup or special amenities being offered.
The hotel stuff are very friendly, they are always ready for help. At the first night I got there with sleepy body, they lead me to a great Indian restaurant with proper price. Especially Rumel, he can speak fluent English and offer me great help when taking a CNG to airport & national park trip.
There seems just one floor, several rooms. 1902 is the best experience I’ve spent, nice sunshine and big enough to do some exercise. There is also a family room suited for some family coming together but the sunshine is not that good as the king bedroom 1902.
Anyway this is a fantastic trip, and if anyone will pay a visit here for trip, I recommend u call the front desk first to get a pickup service first and some suggestion where to go.
Hope next time meet.

Very nice clean hotel. No qualms about it. Was what it said in the tin. Breakfast wasn't anything special but to be fair there's never much of an option in the local area except parathas, Asian omelettes or veg bhajis
