I am very satisfied with the location, environment and hygiene of the hotel. There is nothing to complain about. It is indeed a famous hotel in the United States. There is also a large shopping mall next to it with many restaurants to choose from.

The place is well located, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff is very attentive, and the breakfast is impeccable. The room had some problems with the lighting, the lights kept turning off by themselves, the bathroom light turned on automatically, the bedroom light and the television turned off by themselves, and the air conditioning didn't work. Apart from these considerations, everything was excellent.

When we arrived at the hotel, our room was in paper in the waste, and this was unpleasant,l. Out of our way, for a quick walk and n we had asked for cleaning or towel exchange, and yet they entered the apartment and exchanged the Towels, I think it should be done only when we ask, I found invasive.

The greatest problem is the room's cleaning, they forget to put their towels and toilet paper, and as soon as we entered the room there was no toilet paper. We stayed 5 nights and had 1 day that they didn't clean the room. They missed caprich in the beds' dressing and they didn't wash and exchange the glasses any day. They left the way we used. A positive point is the water filter available at the reception to fill our bottle because pay 10,00 per bottle of water is too much.

Hotel well located, clean and in order. Our room had a problem with the air conditioning, which was quickly resolved by changing the room. Food could improve: breakfast is ”repetitive” for those who are staying for several days and the restaurant leaves something to be desired.

The price is relatively high. The front desk customer service is very kind and welcoming, the taxi back and forth to the airport can be free; the environment is comfortable, the room is clean and the facilities are new; the breakfast is rich and delicious. Thanks for the professional service provided by the hotel.

位置不错 The Location was very good. There was a big shopping mall nearby. You basically could get everything there. The hotel had your agent in lobby. it was very expensive, don't recommend. You could get a taxi right outside the hotel. the driver could drive you to wherever you need to go. the cost was less than half. Brazilian Drivers we're very nice and trustworthy.

The front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of options to go with coffee. It was a shame that we couldn't open the curtains because the pool was right in front of us when we opened the window. It's convenient as it's about 30 minutes from the airport.

Wonderful hotel! All perfect 🤩 We pick up the 40m2 suite and just too top!!! We will certainly return and super indigo! Add to the breakfast capuchin, simply amazing 🤍

The hotel's facilities are good and there is an electric kettle. The breakfast is very rich. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the front desk staff, who solved some problems for us, thank you very much (she) them! The location of the hotel is very good, less than 100 meters from the hotel, there is a big supermarket to buy fresh fruit. This is a hotel with a high price/performance ratio. In addition, it is highly recommended to visit Curitiba, which is a well-managed city. The surrounding environment is also very good, and there are some unique tourism resources.
