Sleeps 6 (max. 4 adults-18 yrs and over).Our tropical island home, nestled at the top of a hill on two private lots among lush tropical vegetation, offers a spacious, comfortable, open floor layout with a bright living room, large windows and sliding doors leading to the large wrap around deck, where the beautiful Exuma views seem to unfold at your feet , thus the name: “window of the sea”! The living room has comfortable seating for relaxing, taking in the amazing views or watching favorites on the large TV equipped with a fire stick. The open kitchen is well appointed with new appliances and all necessities and has a peninsula for seating two, while the dining table seats four. Our interior décor is modern and comfortable with a touch of Caribbean vibe. The spacious master bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with shower, a comfortable king size bed with quality white cotton linens, smaller TV, double dresser, a spacious closet and large sliding doors to the wrap around deck outside. The second bedroom has two queen beds with cotton linens, double dresser, TV and spacious closet and sliding doors to the outside. A second bathroom with a tub/shower is next to the second bedroom, accessible from the hallway, where a chic laundry area is equipped with a full washer and dryer.
