Great hotel with super affordable prices. They provide free breakfast, welcoming drinks and apples! What a surprise! The room is big, with comfy bed, desk, sofa…everything you need. With free parking lot as well. Better than the 4-star Hilton hotel nearby lol

It is a very good hotel, very close to the train station, the old city attractions can be visited on foot, the next day at 5:30 train, so I chose a room with no breakfast with kitchen, its kitchen utensils are complete, with various electrical appliances, very clean, comfortable to live, the price is reasonable, if you stay at night, You have to contact before check-in, otherwise you don't have a password and a specific room number to enter the shop. This is a hotel with no front desk service and a locked door. The first time you stay in such a hotel, you have no experience. You can try it!

I stay at this hotel very frequently. It is extremely convenient and accessible as it's right next to the station. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, and the place is very clean and tidy. The swimming pool here also has its own unique charm. The indoor lounge is also fantastic. The restaurant is good as well. All in all, it's my favorite hotel, and I highly recommend it to you. The facilities were comfortable, and most of the staff were professional and welcoming. However, we encountered two concerning issues that I feel compelled to share. Firstly, during a shower, my father was almost burned due to a water temperature malfunction. The hot water did not come for a long time, and when he turned the tap fully to hot, it locked in place and could not be turned off. The hotel promptly sent a plumber to fix the issue and kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the second issue deeply impacted our experience. During breakfast on our second morning, we were served by a staff member named Isabella. Her behavior was blatantly discriminatory. Although I attempted to engage with her, she refused to acknowledge me, instead directing all her attention to my father, a white middle-aged man. She refilled his coffee but ignored me entirely, despite us both finishing at the same time. When I requested the bill, she acted as if she did not understand me and again responded only when my father spoke. This experience was extremely unpleasant and disappointing, especially given the otherwise positive stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and provides training to ensure all guests are treated with equal respect, regardless of their background.

I would highly recommend this hotel, very classic, European style hotel, decent breakfast and a little gym that can get your whole body workout done. The room is very spacious and classic. Very friendly staff and I would definitely stay there again if I am in Montreal next time...

I was very impressed. We had a great stay. The staff were very polite. The cottage had plenty of space for our family of 5. We will stay again.
