Accueil sympathique, chambre spacieuse très bien équipée et décorée avec frigo, coffre et machine à café , bonne literie. Nous n’avons pas pris de petit déjeuner donc pas d’avis sur ce point .
Grand parking équipé de 2 bornes de recharge , très pratique.
Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochaine visite à fribourg 👍.

The location is a bit far away, there is a ** around, the room is actually relatively small, the box is open to the door, the health is so-so, check out for four or five days, the deposit has not been returned

Sure enough, the best hotel in bulle! My parents are very satisfied. It is estimated that the sleep is comfortable and it feels that the room is not small in Switzerland! It is also convenient for parking. There is also a Japanese and Thai meal downstairs.

Our second stay is relaxed in this exceptional hotel.
The hotel is very charming, the staff is welcome and the bathrooms of La Gruyère are accessible directly through a tunnel under the hotel.

Бронировала этот отель как наиболее близкий к месту проведения мероприятия. Заполнила форму саморегистрации заранее. Предупредила о раннем приезде, однако ответа не получила. Приехав, не нашла никого на рецепшн, табличка ”заселение после 16:00. Горничная разбудила администратора, но он не помог. Пришлось мне, пожилой даме, бродить на жаре 5 часов. В 16:00 пришел администратор и сказал, что он пытался отправить мне инструкцию по заселению, но ******* отклонила отправку. А я здесь причём? Поэтому ставлю 1 за работу ресепшн.

When booking with Trip, the stay fee was paid. The hotel has made us pay again without trying to understand the situation because ”the stay tax is always paid on the site”. The hotel's receptionist could have been more friendly and made some searches (notably the hotel was empty at this time)

松松岛町刘杰The rooms are clean and tidy, in the city center, surrounded by supermarkets and shopping malls, but we are coming in the summer, there is no air conditioning in the room, it is hot, but the hotel will have a fan for you, it will be cool in the middle of the night.

It took one hours with kids and luggage and walk around searching for that flat. It was away from the main location. quiet disappointed and no one was there to help during checkin.
