The decoration is very new, the style is also very beautiful, the night is very quiet, very suitable for vacation, the room is large, there are fresh fruits from the boss, very sweet, the boss is very enthusiastic, the housekeeper is also very intimate, summer should be better, the room is a bit small, but the experience is great, three days before the New Year, Because there are fewer people in snowy days, the boss upgraded the river view room. The room was not cold and it was very comfortable to fall asleep. I took a few photos.

We had a pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel receptionist (special mention to Thien Lee) assisted us with many things during our stay as language can be a barrier here, including organising a tour for us which ended up being cheaper than hiring DiDi, plus we get to see two sites than the original intended one attraction site only. We're very thankful for that The hotel also provided breakfast and we were served well. Man Ronghua (waitress) accomodated all our food request as we can only have halal food. The ala carte food served was also very delicious. The hotel itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely return again

I stayed in Qilihe District for a temporary meeting and booked this five-story hotel by chance. After staying there for three days, I unexpectedly discovered that this hotel without a gorgeous lobby actually interpreted the word ”comfortable” so solidly. As a frequent business traveler, I would like to share some real experiences for reference. **Perfect space planning** Although the five-story main building of the hotel is not magnificent, the king-size bed room on the fourth floor is about 40 square meters. The floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with double-layer soundproof glass. The green shade of the old sycamore outside the window just filters the street noise. I especially like the three-separation design of the bathroom - the shower area is separated to avoid water vapor, and the invisible clothesline on the side of the washbasin is particularly friendly to business travelers. The bedside control panel combines lights, curtains and air conditioning, and the actual response is sensitive and has no delay. **Humanized flexible breakfast time** The breakfast room is located on the side of the courtyard on the first floor. The meal time from 7:00 to 9:30 takes into account both morning runners and those who catch up on sleep. There are take-away paper cups next to the freshly ground coffee machine, which is suitable for guests who need to go out in a hurry. In addition to regular Chinese and Western meals, the hot food area rotates two freshly made local snacks every day (the beef noodles I tasted on Wednesday were particularly authentic). The waiter will take the initiative to pull chairs for guests with full plates, and the food traceability notice board hanging above the dining table is a plus. **Service granularity is worth savoring** When I returned to the room the next afternoon, the trash can in the room was replaced with a new trash bag, and the half bottle of mineral water I didn't finish was still in place - this thorough and restrained cleaning sense is very comfortable. **Differentiation value behind the price difference** Observing the room types of different prices, it was found that the basic room of 400 yuan is equipped with a smart toilet and capsule coffee machine, while the suite of 1,500 yuan is equipped with a mini conference room and air purification system. This pricing strategy that does not force consumption upgrades allows guests with limited budgets to get a complete basic experience. When checking out, I tried their fast track, and it took no more than two minutes from handing back the room card to getting the electronic invoice. 🌹 When I left the hotel, I saw a sentence on the green wall at the front desk: ”Let your stay become a slice of life”, and suddenly I understood their intention to make the toothbrush set into a drawer for storage. There is no butler-style service, but every link is like an automatic sensor light - it lights up naturally when needed. This kind of pressure-free comfort may be the gentleness that modern travelers need.

The Dunhuang Hotel lives up to its reputation! It's located right next to the Shazhou Night Market and offers a wealth of dining options. The hotel's facilities are first-class, elegant, and beautifully appointed. I originally booked a king-size bed room without a window, but the hotel proactively upgraded me to one with a window, which was very thoughtful. The room was comfortable and cozy, and the front desk and housekeeping were attentive and helpful. I stayed four nights, and while the room was quite expensive, it was a great value! The only downside was the breakfast. While the breakfast setting was pleasant, the service was friendly, and the food looked plentiful, it was almost identical every day and not particularly tasty. The hot dishes tasted like leftovers. The cantaloupe wasn't sweet at all, and there were several canned fruits on display. It's harvest season, so why not have more fresh fruit?

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel is very nice, clean, and centrally located. The staff was very friendly and helped us with all our requests. In particular the girl with the black glasses at the reception, whose name we don't remember, was wonderful. We like to say Thank you Again We highly recommend this hotel if you are in Dunhuang.

Only ten minutes walk from Mayan metro station and a ten minute ride to Lanzhou West rail station for airport and bullet trains. Plenty of restaurants and food trucks in a short stroll including excellent BBQ Uyghur food opposite. Room was great size and tastefully modern while lobby area stunningly tranquil and zen. Hotel is practically brand new as is the immediate city district and a few snagging problems still exist. In my room the AC Couod not be operated so a window was always open. And the fancy electronic WC appeared to have no electric connections as module didn’t work. In hall outside room there was ongoing minor repair to the flooring. Amazingly good value for money and high standard Bed and bathroom plus enormous TV all working 100%.

The room is very well soundproofed. I can't hear the footsteps in the corridor and the sounds from the neighbors and upstairs. I slept until the alarm went off, which is great for light sleepers. There are many choices for Chinese and Western buffet breakfasts. The freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruits and hot baked snacks are all very attentive. I especially like wontons and fried dough sticks~ The front desk service is very considerate and proactively helps to upgrade the room type. Another detail is super good! It was previously exposed that some ** put unknown liquids into the hotel shower gel bottles. I didn't want to use it when I saw that the shower gel provided was bottled. But I tried to twist it and found that I couldn't twist it open. The bottles in the bathroom were fixed on the shelf and couldn't be taken down, so I felt safe all of a sudden. A few small suggestions: The bathroom may be a bit old, the rubber strips fell off and couldn't be closed, and there weren't many places to hang clothes inside. In addition, I didn't find a disposable toilet cover, it is recommended to prepare some

The Hyatt is the best Hotel in LanZhou. Not only because of zero distance to the yellow river, but guest services.  Because the guest room was not available, and we needed to visit provincial museums first, I’ve got guidance for luggage storage, provided local cuisine, tourist places, and reserved us a higher floor Guest room. Then we enjoyed our provincial museum, delicious local food, then we enjoyed the gorgeous view of lunch and the yellow river from the guestroom. I would definitely choose Hyatt again. And I appreciate Rita who provided very warm professional help for us! By the way, the breakfasts are very enjoyable with local special offers.

We stayed here for one night, hotel is pretty new I think and it’s connected to a shopping mall, very convenient. Breakfast with limited western options, but that’s understandable (just be aware). Quality of room on first sight good but when looking at details you already see quite the wear down. AC didn’t work here so the room was a bit too hot. Generally recommendable for a stay over.

Very pleasant hotel for a longer stay. Our studio suite was spacious, well equipped, had a stunning view (floor 42), and was very clean. Pool and gym were excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not all staff speaks english, but with the help of translation apps, communication was no problem. Breakfast was versatile with Chinese as well as international dishes, well prepared and for a very reasonable prize. Buffet and a la carte dining was enjoyable as well. Unfortunately, in the lounge wine was offered only by bottle not by glas. The hotel is situated in the University area, with a nice park close-by and a subway station in walking distance.
