In the evenings, Friendship Palace Square downstairs hosts orchestra performances and large choirs, creating a truly impressive atmosphere. Its proximity to the Harbin Military Region also provides a great sense of security, and it's wonderfully quiet at night. Mornings are bright with sunshine, and evenings offer stunning sunsets. The service is also excellent, and the overall experience is absolutely superb. Highly recommended – I make it a point to visit every year.

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk lady had a very good service attitude. When she saw that we were bringing children, she took the initiative to give the children slippers. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.
