The hotel offers a lounge, a gym, and a convenient self-service laundry area. The staff, always well-dressed and attentive, regularly checked in to ask about my stay and travel plans. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight, featuring an array of local specialties. Jenny and Air were especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, offering travel tips and introducing me to local dishes. The hotel’s location is excellent, being very close to the metro and the main shopping street, Zhong Yang Da Jie. This area, the most historically significant part of town, is perfect for exploration and discovery. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This stay was great! The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm and stylish, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, making me sleep well all night. The staff service is super intimate, from the front desk check-in to the room demand response, are patient and efficient, but also intimately prepared small snacks and handwritten welcome cards, the details are full! The location is also very convenient, the surrounding dining and transportation are all available. The price is super high, I will choose here next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

The most satisfying inn during the trip to Mohe. The lobby, rooms and outdoor areas are all great for taking photos. The stars at night are also beautiful. There are many details in the room, including the ambient light, humidifier and disposable items. It is highly praised by people with mysophobia. The brother of the inn is super nice. Because the inn is not in the Arctic Village, it is a little far away. We are afraid of the cold, so the brother picked us up for dinner. At night, we suddenly wanted to buy fireworks, and he took us to buy them without saying a word. He also took us to play on the slide. He made the slide himself. It was very fun, with slopes and turns. We played it twice. The next day, because we were leaving Mohe but did not play in the Arctic Village, he also took us to check in at the places where everyone went for 1 hour to take pictures. It was a great experience

The environment is first-class, the service is in place, the breakfast is average, and the room price is on the high side. The price of the mineral hot spring package is a bit high but the effect is good. The bedding is comfortable and the bath water is large and comfortable.

Wonderful experience at this cozy, warm, rustic, comfortable inn. Management was exceptional and personable, providing a truly memorable stay by recommending best sights to see and connecting us with a guide with car for all our transport needs, to and from airport and sightseeing. Room was cozy, clean, comfortable and quiet. I recommend this Inn as the place to stay for your visit to the Chinese Artic Village.We both loved it!

The place is cosy and clean. The owners and lady at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The snow is starting to melt but luckily we still get to see some and there is a little playground outside. Unfortunately the cook has left when we arrive at the homestay but still breakfast is provided by the friendly aunties there. To find food and groceries we need to walk abit to the nearest restaurant and mini marts. Due to the low season, alot of the homestay around the area the closed, even the restaurants are also not all opened. It's also very hard to get a ride by using Didi. End up we still have to get the auntie to help call for taxi, which will cost 2 times more

I am glad to have chosen the newly opened Qinglai Hotel for Mohe tourism. Everything is very satisfactory to me. Good hygiene, good service, and the hotel's meals are reasonably priced and delicious. Free flower quilted jackets are also provided for taking photos. The chartered driver that the housekeeper helped me find accompanied us for two days. The driver arranged the itinerary according to our ideas. He got up at 4 o'clock to accompany us to see the aurora, and at 7 o'clock he accompanied us to take a video of splashing water into ice, and also took us to see the beautiful free attractions. I will come to Mohe again if I have the opportunity to change the season.

I chose this because it was newly renovated in 24 years, and it was new. Sure enough, it's true. But I don't know why 4.5 score. I scored full marks. It should be opened by my own home. There is an elevator. There are many staple foods for breakfast. It is still very rich and bright. The sixth floor is the restaurant, and a lot of Russians have come to eat. Hygiene forgot to clean me and opened the drawer, or the last one left garbage. Hope to improve. The air conditioner was produced in March 24 years, and the hotel opened in March at most. Very cost-effective, hot water is very hot. Extremely recommended.
