都説旅行中最大的驚喜往往來自於計劃之外，這次在阿爾山的旅程，我便有幸遇見了這樣一個美好的意外——我所入住的這家民宿酒店，以其無微不至的服務和卓越的品質，為我的旅途增添了無限温暖與亮色，成為我記憶中一抹難忘的風景。 初到民宿，第一印象便是極致的整潔與乾淨。大堂窗明幾凈，空氣中瀰漫著淡淡的清香，沒有絲毫異味。辦理入住的過程快捷而温馨，前台工作人員臉上始終洋溢着真誠的笑容，讓人瞬間卸下旅途的疲憊。當我懷着期待推開房門時，更大的驚喜正在等着我——酒店方面主動為我免費升級了房型！原本預訂的普通房間，竟變成了一間寬敞明亮、視野極佳的景觀房。巨大的窗户如同一個畫框，將阿爾山層林盡染的秋色或是靜謐的雪原（取決於季節）巧妙地引入室內，儼然成了一幅動態的風景畫。 升級後的房間不僅空間闊綽，設施更是堪稱一流。床品柔軟親膚，躺上去彷彿被雲朵包裹，一夜安眠至天亮；衞浴空間乾濕分離，打掃得一塵不染，光潔如新，熱水供應充沛穩定，洗去了一整天的户外奔波之乏。房間內的各種細節也處處體現着民宿的用心：高品質的洗漱用品、充足的熱水壺和免費茶包、穩定的Wi-Fi信號，無一不讓人感到貼心與便利。 更重要的是，這份“免費升級”背後所體現的，並非僅僅是面積的擴大，而是酒店待客之道的昇華。它傳遞出的是一種慷慨、大方和希望客人獲得最佳體驗的真誠意願。這種被尊重、被優待的感覺，遠比房間本身的價值更令人感到愉悦和滿足。 感謝這家民宿酒店，讓我在阿爾山的懷抱中，找到了一個如此完美、舒適的“家”。它用它的乾淨、温馨、熱情和出乎意料的升級禮遇，完美詮釋了何謂“賓至如歸”。我毫不猶豫地給予五星好評。

The hotel is very easy to find, the equipment in the hotel room is available, can meet the needs of accommodation, that is, the equipment is old and the indoor space is relatively large. The hotel management staff was very enthusiastic. When I encountered a small problem when I checked in, I solved it immediately and upgraded to a suite, which was very good.

Conveniently located. 5 mins walk to mrt station and a row of good restaurant just outside mrt station. Great city view. I love the the city and people here. Will be back. Downside, my room smells like cigarette smoke. I’m sure if I request to change the room, they would but I was too tired too. Service staffs are very warm and friendly.

What makes this hotel special is the excellent customer service fr their staffs esp the breakfast service staffs like Xiao Ai fr the restaurant. Always a big smile n so helpful with everything. The whole team including the high tea team r all so friendly n hardworking. Love the selection of food too, we got to sample some authentic mongolian dishes like the lamb siew mai n pulled meat which was a bonus! The room is very clean n new. We had a very wonderful 4nites stay!👍🏼

The room felt luxurious, and the bathroom was fully equipped with a smart toilet and a thermostatic shower. They also thoughtfully provided a steam eye mask and a sleep-inducing aromatherapy diffuser. The hotel's gym was a pleasant surprise, with brand-new equipment and a full complement of equipment. The restaurant also offered freshly cut fruit at all times. The surrounding area is full of delicious restaurants, with Wangfujing and Wanda Plaza both located downstairs. The local restaurants recommended by the front desk were incredibly authentic and I loved them.

The room is very big, very good, spacious enough, the activity space is large, the front desk service is good, clean and tidy, there is a smart home, it is very convenient to save trouble and friends. I am very happy to live with friends. I will book here next time.

The room was clean and quiet, all equipment could be intelligently controlled by voice, and the waiter's attitude was also very good. There was a problem with the room, and the waiter packed all the luggage and changed the room. Breakfast is also very rich, siu mai is especially delicious 😋

The best in this hotel is the super nice staff. The room was clean, afternoon tea is OK. I didn't try the breakfast. BIG minus - no coffee in the room. Tea, which supposes to be in the room, was never in there. This is strange because every day I had to ask the staff for tea.

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel's dining is impressive. There are rich and varied breakfasts, especially with the characteristics of Inner Mongolia, and a variety of afternoon teas. The atmosphere is very cozy and the environment is comfortable. It is great for taking photos and checking in. There is also evening porridge after 8 o'clock, which is so friendly for business travelers! After a tiring day, I returned to the hotel and had a bowl of porridge in the restaurant, looked at the lights outside the window at night, and returned to the clean and comfortable room to sweep away the fatigue of the day!

Before leaving, the hotel also sent a hand cream with a gift, especially intimate. This is an experience that exceeds expectations. The location of the hotel is also very good, downstairs is the best hotel in the town Gandu Mansion, opposite the town government, very convenient.
