Exceptional Stay with Warm Hospitality! From the moment I arrived at Pan Pacific Hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff, Elena was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Every detail of the stay was thoughtfully handled — from the smooth check-in process to the comfortable, well-appointed rooms. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. Whether it was dining, relaxing by the pool, or simply interacting with the team, everything exceeded expectations. A truly memorable and friendly stay — I’ll definitely be returning. Good place to stay. I extend more 2 nights here. Many restaurants and massage around here. Walk 15min(1km) or rmb7/8 to 七里山塘.have a nice dumplingshop 𨫎震源. Staff is helpful especially 严妹妹， my 7days SIM card suddenly blocked due I’m send out ONE message to tourguide.she helps us to solve the problem even this is NOT her jobs. Really appreciate her helps. Have a day tours booth at entrance. Thanks to 朱妹妹helps us call car transfer to suzhou train station. 申妹妹also very nice to help my parent carrying luggage and 黄妹妹 for my special request

We had a pleasant and welcoming stay at this hotel. Service is excellent!! When we reached, the boss of the hotel was at the lobby to welcome us. He was friendly and bubbly. He gave suggestion to book a car ride to our hotel at hangzhou, so that we don’t have to worry about transportation the next day. He told us that there will be pouring rain at noon and reminded us to bring umbrella which was sweet and thoughtful of him. The room was not ready so we headed out for brunch and shopping first. Our luggages were already brought up to our room when we returned to hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly too. We were not sure how to take Didi and they guided us. There is a free laundry service as well. Really appreciated this service especially our clothes/scarf were drenched due to the pouring rain. The room is super cozy, clean and 中国风. It has a sensor toilet and fast drying hair dryer. There’s a lounge for us to store food in the fridge. The next day when we checked out, the boss was at the lobby and he ordered the staffs to carry our luggages to the car. The driver he recommended was friendly and manage to safely sent us to Hangzhou hotel. Staf was very friendly. There was a major power cut due to building activities next door The staf did everything to make us happy and tried to softe the problem they did not cause themself Excellent location easy access to the inner city. Mail opposite of the hotel stayed two nights

This hotel is my first time in Changjiangzhun. This hotel give me the very impresive experience. There are many restaurant and big convenient store. All facilities are very clean and all employees is so kind. If i visit again this town, i am willing to staying here again.

Front desk team coral, zhao jing, penny and Elaine and the team displayed exemplary service. The hotel staff is generally very helpful and friendly. They have alot of facilities and the indoor playground is very clean and well maintained. They listen well to our queries and try their best to help when needed. Will definitely recommend this place. The shopping mall is also a 10 minutes walk and it is huge. Allowed early check in and late check out if available

I would call this hotel the best place in Suzhou! Staying in a hotel is about comfort and hospitality, and this hotel gives both 100%. Location. Extremely near to Shilu station, take exit 12, there is an elevator, as well. All major sightseeing spots are walking distance. Staff. Reception 24/7, all staff is friendly and most of them can speak English on a sufficient level, or with a mobile phone translation app. Rooms. We were traveling 2 adults and 3 kids, so booked 2 rooms. Hotel provided rooms very near and even changed one room, that was more convenient for staying with infant. Staying in rooms with a futon was an interesting experience. The hairdryer and all amenities provided are surprisingly high quality on a level of a posh hotel. Breakfasts. This is very special about this hotel. The variety of dishes (including ramen and mochi daily) is great and food is very very tasty, sending many thanks to the cooking staff. Additional facilities. Washing room with 2 washing machines and 2 drying machines helped to stay comfortable with clean clothes every day, that is important in a hot weather. Afternoon tea is a nice treat from hotel, when you can skip daytime hot period in a cool space. Overall the hotel is stylish and the convenience of the guests is thought out to the smallest detail. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Suzhou.

I stayed at Wanda Realm Hotel this time, and I loved it! The lobby is so bright and spacious, and it looks high-end and refreshing. The room is also clean and tidy, and the bedding is very comfortable. Once I lie down, I feel relaxed and all the fatigue of the day has disappeared. The front desk service is even better, the attitude is super good, and the speed of checking in is done in a flash. They also recommended me many fun places around, and it feels like having a private tour guide. The breakfast is also super rich, with both Chinese and Western styles. Even a picky eater like me can find what I like. The location of the hotel is also very good, with Metro Exit 5 right outside the door, so it is convenient to go anywhere. Going to Nanjing South Railway Station or the airport, there is no need to worry about transportation problems. Next time I will definitely come here again, and I won’t consider other places!

The location is super convenient, not far from any major tourist destination. There are mnay restsurants and cinemas and shopping crntres nearby. The service is also very good, with free flowing drinkings for everyone to enjoy on the first floor. The only shortcoming is the space of the room is a bit tight. Overall, it feels very comfortable to stay in.
