We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and we enjoyed our special day as a married couple. Actually it's our second stay here, our first stay in this hotel was last year we booked the onsen garden room as a surprised birthday gift for my sister-in-law and I remember the two Bellman who helped us for our things from our check-in until check out I think they were Nelson and Gene and that's why we came back because of the good service and kind staff and the second time we stayed we were not disappointed again to this hotel, from the check in there is Dennis who approached us and really assisted us from check in until we arrived in our room, I feel amazed when I saw that our room was decorated and has a beautiful view as what I requested. 🥰 We appreciated them so much!! From the time we started our stay there, there is also Winslou who made our stay so much easier because he is so friendly, he gave all our room request's and assisted us where can we find a cozy places, and also where to celebrate our dinner. To sum up everything, we had an amazing stay and we will surely be back here. ❤️

Great experience overall, but the only thing we didn’t like the room service is very slow and the hotel is really crowded. Cynthia was very helpful , we had small issue and she deal with it in professional way and we really appreciated her kindness

We stayed at the higher floor and gave us a really good view of the hotel. All my request for my family was accomodate to my liking. The place was clean and pleasant. The staffs are friendly specially Edward who helped us since day 1. I would highly recommend this place specially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay. 👍👍👍

We had a wonderful stay at The Parisian Macao! The Eiffel Tower replica is stunning, especially at night when it lights up. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The hotel is directly connected to shops and restaurants, so everything is very convenient.

After looking at many hotels, we finally decided on this one, and it perfectly matched its description. It offered fantastic value for money and a wonderful overall experience. For our family trip, the rooms were incredibly spacious and clean. The hotel also boasts great facilities like a swimming pool and a restaurant, which thoroughly pleased every member of our family, from young to old. The service was exceptionally attentive, and all the staff were incredibly polite and friendly. Its location is super convenient, with a bus stop right outside the entrance and the Sands Casino directly opposite. It's also very close to major attractions such as Fisherman's Wharf, the Science Center, the Grand Prix Museum, and the MGM Museum. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Macau.

**5-Star Hotel Review: The Grand Luxe Hotel** ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at The Studio City Hotel! The lobby was beautiful, and the staff welcomed me with smiles and sweet popcorn snacks. Our room was comfy and stylish, with a great view of the water park. I loved the spacious twin beds where my kids and I slept. Dining was a delight! The restaurant had a fantastic menu, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight with fresh fruits and pastries. The Water Park was amazing! Though a little bit pricey, my kids enjoyed everything. The hotel's location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Overall, The Studio City Hotel provided an outstanding experience with excellent service. I can't wait to return!

I booked Mansion place yearly at Sofitel. We always have a wonderful time celebrating our spacial family gathering here. This time the fragrance of the place was different from the past. Still Sofitel is one of the best for our family gathering. Good staff service!

I stayed for 6 consecutive days. The breakfast was excellent, offering 3 types of eggs and 5 kinds of noodles, with orders placed conveniently by scanning a QR code. Downstairs, I enjoyed the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai style crab porridge and some lively street food BBQ, both really tasty. San Miu Supermarket offered great value for money. There's also a Feng Supermarket downstairs where their Oden included freshly cooked boiled cabbage for 5 AUD – absolutely delicious! At the nearest fruit and vegetable store downstairs, durian was 19.9 MOP per jin; I bought a delicious one for 98 MOP. You really should trust the staff there; he's excellent at picking them. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Grand Lisboa, Wynn Macau, and MGM Macau.

The room was very spacious, featuring three beds for three people. It was clean and bright, equipped with an induction cooktop, an oven, and a washing machine. The bathroom even had a clothesline. The housekeeping staff were very friendly. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning. However, the room's poor soundproofing meant the AC noise actually helped to mask sounds from outside and neighboring rooms.

This was my first stay at StarWorld Hotel in Macau, and the experience was truly excellent, from the service to the facilities! If you’re planning to spend most of your time at the hotel, it will definitely meet your needs. There are also plenty of dining options and facilities within the hotel, making it very convenient. In addition, the hotel provides free shuttle buses to and from the hotel, as well as free buses to popular attractions, which makes the overall experience very thoughtful.
