We just came back from Chengdu and stayed at Hazens hotel for 4 nights. This hotel is new as l can see from its furnishings. They have a reasonable size lobby and the lobby has small, middle and big pandas on display which is so lovable! I like the vibes of the hotel lobby the moment l entered. They have breakfast for this hotel. I am quite happy with the breakfast and they do have change some of the food menu, considering that they are not big hotel, their breakfast variety is considered quite good. The moment I stepped into the bedroom, l loved the kind of feeling, calm, peaceful and at ease. The bedroom size is quite big and can put 2 luggages. They also have a table and 2 chairs, also have place to hang your clothes, bathroom and toilet are separated which l like, a large vanity area to put your skincare stuff. The bedsheet are clean and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. The location is just opposite Tianfu Square and the train station, which is so convenient and there is also supermarket nearby. There are also a few hotel operators, at the same building so waiting time for the lift sometimes will take a while. Other than that, all is good for me. The ladies at the lobby counter are very friendly and helpful, always on smiling faces. They even allow us to extend our check out time before 2pm. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my stay at Hazens Hotel. It is a highly recommended hotel if you come to Chengdu.

The hotel is inside Jiaju ******* Village. It takes a while to drive there after entering, but the beautiful scenery is certainly not that easy to reach. Facilities: The configuration is very good, basically in accordance with hotel standards, and there are tea sets and tea leaves, which are very well received. Hygiene: No unclean areas were found. Service: There is barley cake for breakfast, which is very delicious! That day was the Lantern Festival, and I specially cooked some rice dumplings. (The first few pictures are drone aerial photos of the ******* village and this hotel)

I recently stayed at this hotel. I really like the hotel's excellent service and professional attitude. The overall architectural style of the hotel is very distinctive and left a deep impression on me. The hotel's catering service is also very good. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The room is well-equipped and the bed is comfortable, which made me fall asleep quickly. The hotel's service is very good, and the staff's attitude is warm and professional, which makes me feel very useful. Moreover, the transportation near the hotel is very convenient, which makes it convenient for me to go out and play.

Coming out of Aden, it was snowing all the way along the Zhangmeng Line and the visibility was almost zero. I was lucky enough to encounter an oil tanker leading the way. I followed closely for more than 3 hours and successfully arrived in Litang at 22:00. They whistled to signal each other when they parted. In order to have a good night's sleep while waiting for the wind to come, this is the only accommodation in western Sichuan where you can sit on the toilet and use bath towels without any burden.

The hotel location is 10 min away from huang long. They offer free pick up and drop off to Huang long. They also offer basic breakfast for free. We was having some challenge about our logistic back to song pan and they help us book a car with fare price about rmb150. We also have our lunch there which is delicious. We originally went to go to Huang long at 8am but they advise us that the cable car only open at 9am which is a very useful information cause on our way up we met so many ppl that went at 8am and have to wait one hour.

As soon as I entered the gate of the lobby of Baiyi Resort Hotel, the sparkle of the Bohai Sea jumped on the beige marble floor through the high floor-to-ceiling windows. This is my third time in Xichang, but it is the first time I have chosen this old five-star resort hotel. The three-day and two-night stay gave me the opportunity to feel the real face of this hotel in multiple dimensions. The hotel is located on the sea view road on the west bank of the Bohai Sea. This location makes me love and ”hate”. Love is the water wave that can touch the Bohai Sea in two minutes; ”hate” is the noise of tourists occasionally floating with the wind during the peak season. However, the hotel cleverly uses the terrain to be high, and the rooms on the high floors can see the Bohai Sea. The privacy is unexpectedly good. I remember sitting on the balcony alone at 6 o'clock the next morning, blowing the sea breeze, listening to the water birds singing to break the tranquility, the geographical superiority of that moment was vividly reflected. The room layout is reasonable and the modern design is very pleasing. The most amazing thing is the viewing balcony, you can see Qionghai. The number of bedding is very high, the response speed of the memory pillow sent by the front desk is worthy of praise, and the bathroom space is separated from wet and dry, which is very convenient. The breakfast was very good and the local food made me get up early every day. The swimming pool is a gathering place for children recently. It is worth mentioning that the water quality is good, very clean, and the children can rest assured. The gym is on the first floor, but it is considered to be the first floor parallel to the sea level. You need to swipe your card to enter. Friends who want to exercise remember to bring their room card. The overall stay is very satisfied, has been recommended to friends, will choose here next time you come to Xichang! !

Tten.ten.2020Coming here again in the spring, this inn remains the highlight of my trip. Imagine having had a rough trip: the cold, intense population density, and tough business meetings. Weary, you get off a late flight with sore legs. You trudge over to the inn, turning the final corner into its warm lights, past the usual check-in time. You have no idea how things could go; some hotel receptions can be rather unpleasant. Your first brush with Xishu is its simple double glass doors, and the sight of a giant panda statue. You totter past it gingerly, unsure if anyone is awake at such a late hour. Ah. But someone is. A youthful girl smiles gently at you over the counter, ”Hello. Check in?” You smile awkwardly, unsure, ”Yes, I know it's late...” ”No,” She responds softly, ”It's ok. Could I get your passport?” There wasn't a fuss. She smiles and gets to work quietly, clicking away. You set your luggage down and look around. Behind you, you notice the little courtyard, a cultural icon of traditional chinese architecture. A small fountain sputters, fairy lights are strung above for the spring festival, casting a surreal ambience over everything. Wind chimes jingle faintly. You draw a breath at it all. Small tables and chairs are laid out, welcoming you. ”Your room key,” You turn around to see the youthful girl at the counter smiling gently with a keycard. She briefs you in the same calming tone; wifi, breakfast, washing machines, and even a map of attractions all planned out. You thank her, reminded of your travel fatigue, and head on up. Your footsteps are dampened by carpet, going in hallways of soothing chinese wooden interior designs. The inn is quiet at this hour, unlike the large hotels that have kids or travel groups. You tap your keycard to get in your room... And a small welcome basket awaits you. Apples and oranges, sweets, tiny little spicy sichuan snacks. The aesthetic of the room remains faithful to the inn, throwing you back down the memory lane... to Japanese ryokans, to Bali's traditional guest villas, or to vacation cottages in Europe. But something is a little different. Instead of stripping technology and modern convenience, this inn has woven it into its design. Air conditioning has been set for you. Smart toilet seats detect your presence and keep itself clean. Shower buttons are easy to understand, with a single easily controllable hot water lever. Even the mirror at the bathroom sink detects your presence and lights up, with a heating coil that prevents it from fogging on mornings. You wash up. Sleep. The next day, you wake for breakfast, barely after the sun had broken the steel gray of dawn, now you witness the inn's courtyard in the day. Nobody is seated outside yet in such low temperatures, but you take a moment to look around and just soak in the ambience. Uninterrupted. When you finally turn towards reception, you notice a pair youthful girls at the counter. Both quietly smiling and unassuming. Calming, instead of the forced professionalism at other hotels. There's something real here. A sincerity. A genuine kindness that permeates, perhaps from proximity to the monastery? Perhaps the unique historic district? Perhaps the owner and managers made it this way. The girls check your breakfast options again, in case you might have changed your mind. You totter into the resturant, barely awake, but a fresh cup of nespresso hits you quickly, a familiar aroma from home in a land 12,000km away from home. And then fruits. Milk. Toast bread. Butter! Sichuan noodles in the morning. Exotic dumplings. Eggs sunny side up. By the time breakfast is done, you know you will be returning here again. And again. I have. I've made friends with the hotel staff. I hope you will too. And if you love the people and place as much as I do, I hope you, too, will give it your best shot. If you've read this far, I hope we meet in this distant land. Some day.

JJackie travelI arrived at homestay 闲时依旧 from 毕棚沟at around 8.40pm . We were looking for the entrance and was there it was second floor and we had 4 heavy luggages 2 large and 2 small. we didn't know there are 2 ways to get to the homestay 1.climb the ladder and 3 .elevator behind . anyway ,we climbed the stairs🤭 Once we reach the Aunty was there she was smiling and not a lot of Thai stayed here . The homestay has no elevator inside so you need to climb the ladder to your room which might be on second floor . I was about to carry my heavy luggages one by one but Aunty suddenly took the heavy luggage for me and I told here no it is too heavy for lady but she insisted and carried it to the front door of my room. she is so hospitable .She don't need to carry my bag it is too heavy for lady! I was at the same time ashamed and also impressed with how much she wanted to help. I was grateful for that .Upone entering the room .It was cozy ,cute and we have a balcony which we used to have breakfast with view of the old town . I really like this place . Moreover, I was super impressed with the room facilities. It is my first time in my life to see a homestay or hotel using CELLULOSE DISPOSABLE TOWEL . WHY I CARED SO MUCH ABOUT IT? BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WORKING IN FABRIC INDUS7FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS !!! AND CELLULOSE FIBER HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE INNOVATION THE INDUSTRY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO LAUNCH IT TO THE MARKET . I CAN TELL YOU ,THIS IS NOT CHEAP AND IT IS RECYCLABLE . THE HOMESTAY TOOK ME BY SURPRISED AND THAT IS SOMETHING I WANTED TO SAY ,YOU ARE BEYONG INNOVATION AND YOU HAVE COME TO THE POINT FEW PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO INVEST . IN ADDITION, THE WATER THAT HOMESTAY OFFERED US IN ROOM THERE IS 1.5 LITRE AND 2 0.5 LITRE AND IT IS PETRIFIED WATER .WHICH IS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN WHAT WE USUALLY SEE .I have been travelling and staying thousands of hotel even 5-6 stars no places offered such expensive water!!!! Wow Wow Wow ....I can't be more impressed. The owner bring us breakfast right on time that we informed her and breakfast was very very clean and healthy .Red potato ,milk buns. it was super !!! We have a great night sleep souch that we got up a little late .So we rushed out to Panda Selfie and the spots we planned . we asked the Aunty owner for information how to go and she was very vigilant and happy to tell us she even walked out to point us the way . I cannot say how perfect our stay was bed was soft ,clean pillow is perfectly supportive . Amenities are not those cheap amenities ,all usable and have a price . Soup is good ( normally I don't use any soup if it is not my own). The hot tap shower have digital heat and cool control with Celsius Digital you can turn 33 ,34 35, ,23 ,24 ,25 Celsius accurately. All these are something meticulously thoughtful .And invested for the pleasure of the visitors. Since we love the stay so much and we love the city. we decided to stay 1 more night in Dujiangyan .Also because we love 青城山 ,but when we visited there it was already 3pm too late to enter and enjoy the nature . so we WeChat to aunty and told here we will stay 1 more night .And she upgraded for us to bigeer room with 2 beds very spacious .with the same price because the room type we booked was full. You see how good she is ,the next night we stayed in spacious room with very clean beds as usual. All I can say if I can give full star of 10 I wanted to give Aunty 100 of 10 , homestay 100/10 Breakfast 100/10 and The homestay location is right in front of selfie Panda 100/10 I love everything about this place . I have a plan to revisit in May 1 st 2025 DEFITELY ND TAHNK YOU AUNTY FOR FULFILLING OUR TRIP SO FLAWLESSLY I will definitely stay here again

GGuest UserThe name on Trip.com is Siguniang Mountain Qingfeng Xiaozhu Homestay, but the actual name on the hotel sign is The Snow Journey Hotel or The Monk Under The Mountain. The room we stayed in had a bathtub right by the window, and when you looked outside, you could see the mountains and the river—so beautiful! During our 4-day, 3-night stay, we experienced both snowy views and views of the melting snow, giving us a variety of atmospheres. Every corner was perfect for taking photos, and in the mornings, we could just lie in bed and enjoy the view. ---- Details ---- In the room, there’s a bed that you can adjust to make it warm, so the bed stays cozy. The bathroom also has a heating system, which was great because it was below freezing when we went. After coming back from the cold outdoors, taking a warm shower was absolutely wonderful! The bathtub is the highlight of the room! Soaking in warm water while enjoying the beautiful view was totally worth it. They provide all the basic amenities you might need, and if you’re missing anything, you can pick it up at the lobby. They have a table with various items (near the ”wish tree”) that you can take for free. Or you can message them on WeChat to request anything. Upon check-in, the staff will serve you tea and snacks and ask to add you on WeChat for easier communication since they speak very little English. Communicating via WeChat was very easy and convenient, and they were very quick to respond and always offered help. The lobby has a fireplace, cozy seating, a dining table, and sometimes in the evenings, they play music or karaoke. The rooftop on the 5th floor has a place to sit and enjoy the view, along with a washing machine and drying racks, which is great for those staying for an extended period. ---- Services ---- The hotel is a bit off the main road, but the service is excellent. There are three staff members: a woman, a man (probably the owner), and a housekeeper. The woman takes care of everything from check-ins to preparing breakfast (which you can request for an additional 28 RMB per person), and even dinner. During our stay, we wanted to go somewhere, and if she was free, she offered to pick us up and drop us off. The care and attention were top-notch! ---- A Lovely Experience ---- The woman who took care of us was really sweet. When we went to the Four Sisters Mountain, she helped us book a car for 15 RMB per person. On the way back, I didn’t book a ride because I wasn’t sure when we’d leave the park, and I thought I could easily grab a Didi taxi. But I was wrong! I couldn’t find a Didi near the park, and to make matters worse, my phone died (from taking too many pictures). I ended up walking around trying to find a taxi, showing the hotel card and gesturing to the drivers that I needed to go back to the hotel. I finally found a taxi that agreed to take me back for the same price (15 RMB per person). The taxi dropped us off close to the hotel but got stuck behind a snowplow, so we had to walk the rest of the way. On the way, we spotted the hotel car and the woman who had been worried and looking for us. She was about to drive to the park to pick us up because she hadn’t heard from us, and we hadn’t replied to her messages. It was such a touching moment when she found us! 🥹 ---- Conclusion ---- If you’re looking for a place with amazing views, great prices, spacious and clean rooms, and service that feels like family, I highly recommend this hotel. Even though the location is a bit off the main road (and there aren’t many shops nearby), it’s definitely worth it. I’m planning to return for sure!

GGuest UserThe hotel is slightly far from eateries, but getting a Didi in the area is very convenient. The room is spacious and equipped with smart features, but cleanliness could be improved. We found leftover cupcake baking paper on the floor, and tissues were stuck to the wall. The staff at check-in were unfriendly and impatient when answering questions. At the breakfast restaurant, the staffs were more focused on chatting with each other than attending to customers. However, the receptionist the next morning was attentive and addressed our needs well. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep

GGuest UserIt is half an hour away from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, passing through a group of five-star hotels, and 3.5 kilometers up the mountain road. It is next to the ski resort. The surrounding environment is good. Living in the forest, the environment is nothing to say, and it is even more beautiful when it snows. It is very cold in winter, and it is cold even with the air conditioning and floor heating turned on, but the quilt in the room is really warm. I don’t know what material it is made of, but it is super warm when covered! The disadvantage is that the room is very small, and the hardware facilities are not well maintained. Maybe it is a few houses. The shower head in the room I stayed in was broken. Because I checked in late, I didn’t call for maintenance, so I made do with it; the sockets on the desk were all broken; some of the light buttons on the bedside were broken, etc. The hotel did not find and repair them in time, which greatly affected the experience.

JJaneyyy89This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

GGuest User1) Subway station is 30 seconds right across the road. 2) Location is good because it is enveloped by a few famous narrow alleys selling handicraft, snacks, desserts, souvenirs, Chinese artwork etc, and have endless food stalls, coffee shops that surround the hotel, buzzing with activities all day till at least 11pm. 3) Hotel staff speak minimal English but they do understand it albeit not able to converse freely. Naturally using PTH is best. 4) Staff in the entire hotel are very friendly, courteous, pleasant and accommodating, trying to help in any way possible. 5) Bespectacled night manageress in a black suit was very welcoming and sweet. She offered to upgrade us when the room originally assigned for us was not as quiet as we had requested when we booked it. She led us to see the original one ( 2/F )and the other one ( the quieter one on 3/F ) and let us choose. 6) The upgraded room ( 3/F ) was a suite and it was really nice --- very quiet with courtyard view and tasteful lay out. 7) Cannot praise enough for the delightful suite -- spacious and elegant ; super clean ; smells nice , refreshing and just right not overwhelming ; white crispy bed linen ; daily turn down service; endless supply of fresh bottled water on daily basis ; spotless tumbler and fresh bottle of water by the bedside table every evening; everything you touch is spotless ; wooden flooring matching Chinese wooden furniture in simple design giving out this classy Chinese feel ; free to consume anything for the 1st time in the mini bar ; tea & coffee replenished daily ; kettle and coffee machine; free stationery like scissors, stapler, clips, pencil and pens etc; toiletries like vanity set, combs, toothbrush etc replenished daily ; spacious bathroom with double wash basins and clean white towels ; wash basins in rose gold but not tacky; shower drainage not smooth on 1st night but they fixed it and no prob thereafter ; water pressure from shower was good and plenty of marble top inside shower room for your own toiletries ; bathtub with fresh rose petals on 1st night and various types of bath salt ; big screen to watch telly while in tub ; separate toilet near living room; ample wardrobe space and power operated blinds and black out blinds. They provide steam iron on request but it would be better to have a proper flat iron if you want to press pants and other thicker harder material. Steam iron is only good for silk or plain cotton. Even linen is better with a flat iron. 8) This is a 100% Chinese ambience hotel from lobby to our suite but nothing is gaudy or ostentatious because everything is simple, no fuss, low-key, very clean, good architecture, functional and all colour combo is soothing to the eyes. 9) We ate at their restaurant the 1st night and food was ok -- dan dan noodles slightly overcooked so it was a bit mushy. Fried rice was a huge serving with fresh shrimps and nicely cooked. Tea could be hotter. Service was attentive, efficient and proper.

YY FamilyPretty grand and decent resort located about 15 min car ride from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Nature Reserve Park, which is about 1.5 hour car ride from Huanglong Jiuzhaigou high speed rail station. Great resort introduction and check in/out services by concierge staff Molly and Eve. Great food and services at the restaurants within the resort. We also attended the ******* bonfire in the evening as part of the hotel activities. It was a great and memorable experience.
