Hotels With Wifi in Taiwan, China

The hotel itself is great, with a super convenient location and excellent cleanliness. However, we couldn't get a suitable room on a higher floor. Guest rooms only start from the 8th floor, so our lower-floor room had a rather uninspiring view, mostly just rooftops of neighboring buildings. The room wasn't huge, but the layout was very well-designed; having dual sinks was incredibly convenient for multiple guests. The hotel's recreational facilities – gym, kids' playroom, and pool – all seemed unstaffed, relying entirely on guests' discretion. The corridors were rather dimly lit, discouraging any lingering. With a large number of rooms and guests, elevator wait times were long, and the lifts often felt quite crowded. Honestly, these minor issues are probably acceptable for someone just staying for a night or two on a regular trip. There were plenty of dining options nearby, so we didn't get a chance to try the hotel's own restaurants. A big plus was the toiletries; they felt eco-friendly and had a very stylish design.

Stayed at 28/F, luxury prestige room with very nice view. The services were fantastic. The biggest room of the floor contained working area & sleeping area. There were five pillows i could close. In the G/F main entry, there is 98 Bar offering NTW700 free flow of drinks. High CP value. However, there were around of mosquito. The size of washroom is more than big enough. Apart from the shampoo & shower gel, there was nothing. I was shocked that I neded to buy teeth set & shave set.

-Shower and toilet are separate, which is more convenient. -Breakfast is way too pricy so I did not buy. -Each floor is equipped with a water dispenser, a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch that ensures I never have to worry about staying hydrated. However, the complete absence of trash bins in the public areas can be rather inconvenient at times, making it challenging to dispose of waste promptly. -The view from the high-floor rooms is absolutely stunning!

Overall our stay was great! This was our first time in Taiwan Kenting, we were looking for somewhere easy to go from Macau with nice holiday beach feel.  We used to go to Thailand but we wanted a change this time. Location wise it’s very convenient 2 mins walk to the night market where you have tons of food options, street stalls or restaurants wise. You have couples of 7 elevens, family mart, watsons all you need in case you forget to pack something.  There’s bus station “xiaowan” very convenient for sightseeing if you don’t rent a car. Pretty on time and big coaches very comfortable with AC. In terms of amenities, we thought the hotel could have more beach amenities, beach bar or restaurants would add a huge value for the hotel. Many families would stay all day by the beach if they have bar/restaurant. It was a shame its was closed… Also the sun lounges could be a bit more comfortable simply just add a thin cushions on top. And again would be great to have a bar for quick bite by the pool. Our room was the ground floor ones with Jacuzzi, it was a lovely touch since they don’t have bathtub in the bathroom. The little garden is a great touch for morning meditation. :) We also did a nighttime activity with the hotel by the beach to hunt crabs. It was a great activity and the staff did a great job explaining and helping out. Food wise, we had breakfast buffet in all 5 days, it was a big selection of food but not much variety. We had a lunch by lobby bar… but was not up to our taste unfortunately. There is much better options outside or hotel. Oh and they did a little decoration since it was my bday and offered a cheesecake to the room by a robot :). All in all it was a great experience hopefully they will step up the pool and beach area.

Good hotel for transit. Overall quite clean. Room is spacious too. Location is quite great, 2 MRT stations from airport plus 8 minutes walk. Staffs can communicate in English. They offered boxed breakfast and taxi booking with NTD 200 fixed rate. One downside, there was a unique smell in the hallway and inside the room, probably from the carpet.. They also don’t provide amenities as regulated by ****** ****.

The hotel is located about 1.5km from Jiantan Station, which makes it inconvenient to walk with luggage. It’s best to take an Uber or taxi to the hotel. The room is very luxurious and spacious, with a reasonable price for the area. However, cleanliness did not meet my expectations, as I noticed quite a lot of hair. I believe the room should be vacuumed daily, as it’s normal for people to shed. There was a disturbing white noise throughout the night, possibly from the piping or noise from the room above. It affected my sleep and was quite a setback, as nights should be quiet and the room should ideally be soundproof. Overall rating: 7.5/10.

Room is very clean . However it is a bit small If you have large bags. Breakfast is a great deal at TWD200 per person. Fantastic local cuisine and totally fills you up. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff are attentive and helpful.. It’s near Houyi MRT exit 3 and local food markets. You can walk to heart river and enjoy the scenery at night. Overall this is a great and simple hotel that is cosy at great location.

Perfect location. Room is comfortable enough for a short stay in Taipei. It is near convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and about 2 to 3 minutes away from Ximending. It offers buffet breakfast too which offer a wide variety of food options (I like that they offer hot pot during breakfast) my only recommendation is maybe they should give their staff additional training in customer service as they do not greet you when go in or outside of the hotel.

The hotel offered free parking which is great but was a bit difficult to find the parking entrance due to the constructions going on around the hotel. Location was nice, in the city center and peaceful nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing, a variety of choices from western cuisine to local cuisine. The room was clean and neat as well.

The service was incredibly warm and attentive, and airport transfers can be conveniently arranged through the hotel. The hotel boasts a beautiful setting, and the pool is equally stunning. I especially loved the woody scent of the toiletries. I'll definitely choose Meilun Hotel again on my next visit to Hualien.
