My recent stay at Four Seasons Tianjin was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is the remarkable staff who consistently went above and beyond to create a memorable experience. Even before arrival, Duty Manager Qiqi was preparing for my stay despite being on leave. Learning it was my first visit to Tianjin, she thoughtfully arranged a stunning room with panoramic skyline views that made for a perfect introduction to the city. The moment I arrived at the driveway, David from concierge greeted me personally. His Golden Key designation was evident in his impeccable professionalism and knowledge throughout my stay. Check-in with Olivia at the front desk was seamless. She had clearly familiarized herself with my preferences beforehand, making the process efficient while still providing a warm, personalized welcome and comprehensive overview of the property's facilities. Though working behind the scenes, Communications Coco and her team functioned like personal butlers, anticipating needs wherever I went. When I needed a garment bag for my suit to simplify air travel, a simple text through their live chat service was all it took - Coco went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered promptly. Breakfast service was where Alice truly shined. After noticing me select a passion fruit, she immediately appeared with a spoon without being asked and offered to prepare fresh-squeezed juice to complement my meal. This level of attentiveness and personalization defines the Four Seasons experience. While I never encountered the housekeeping team directly, their impeccable work spoke volumes. The turndown service particularly impressed me - the consistently prepared ice in the room during evening turndown demonstrated the brand's commitment to maintaining standards across all properties. What's remarkable is how each staff member made such an impression that I've remembered their names - a rarity in my hotel experiences. Every team member embodied the golden rule of treating others as they would wish to be treated themselves. I'm genuinely grateful for the exceptional care and will absolutely return when next in Tianjin. This property represents the Four Seasons brand at its finest.

I've stayed in 3 hotels in Beijing but this one is the best. Pros: Grand lobby with refreshing red dates drink. Clean rooms. Shower/toilet separated. Great breakfast varieties. Strong & efficient washer and dryer. Helpful staff - helped me change to a room with window. Location wise - can see the beautiful night view. Cons - a bit of walk from subway so when you're tired, take a cab.

Overall it’s a warm and pleasant stay with the suit. Morning breakfast section at level 1, just too bad we sit beside the cleaning trolley, the putting cutlery is very loud when the server is in rush. Thanks for the fruits plate but the orange spoiled. Others is a good choice to stay.. thanks

The River view rooms with the round bath tub are truly fantastic, we stay here purely for these rooms, the windows can open so if its that special time of year when the Aircon never gets turned on around Tianjin then atleast its possible to cool and breathe. But there is 1 complaint.. the amount used to reserve the rooms is 1 time with Trip at the value of the room , then again at the hotel and again for the room ... so your budget needs to be 3 times the room rate per night which is incredibly annoying ... the mini bar has about 300 CNY worth of drinks so why do you need to take 1000 in security? Trip why do you need to take more than 1000 at all?

Their genuine hospitality set the tone for my entire stay. The accommodations were nothing short of delightful; my room was not only spacious but also elegantly decorated, providing a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as complimentary snacks and a well-stocked coffee station, which made my stay feel special. One of the highlights of my visit was the serene outdoor garden, a hidden gem where I could escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or simply relax with a good book. The hotel's dining experience was another highlight. I dined at the on-site restaurant, where the exquisite menu showcased local flavors and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend the chef's special for dinner—it was truly a culinary delight.

I have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

My experience was this hotel is excellent. I will definitely return to this hotel again if I go back to Tianjin. Also, I would like to stress the service and poiltness of the staffs in the hotel, especially for the lady that handled the lucky draw area. I cannot remember her name, but I met and communicate with this staff on 31 Dec 2024 (at 5.43pm), she was poilte, and proactively recommending few places to me that I could visit during the countdown night day. Hotel room was clean! Laundry facilities was high tech, and customer are allowed to write down note that you wish to get your dried clothes hang up or fold in a bag. This makes us feels so convenient as we could put our clothes to dryer, and then leave for our activity, after return, we just need to go back to the laundry room to collect our clothes. It was a complete plesant experience. Please continue to keep up the good work, hotel staffs! :-)

Hotel location, room size and cleanliness is good. The only thing I wish to highlight is the air conditioning (which I was told it only blow hot air during winter, I stayed during late Oct), room became very hot to sleep at night. I didn't want to open the window as my room is facing a main road and the traffic noise can be disturbing at night. Suggest to reinstate proper air conditioning instead of trying to go green in the way wrong.

The loo was spick-and-span, boasting modern gizmos. Comfort in the room was top-notch, with ample amenities. In the hallways, not a speck of dust dared to settle – a testament to their cleaning wizardry. The staff’s eagerness to assist, in crisp English no less, was like having a butler. This hotel is the bee’s knees, blending spiffing cleanliness, nifty amenities, and very helpful staff. I tip my hat to this establishment and heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a jolly good time in Tianjin.
