The hotel environment is very good, and the location is good, just beside the bridge. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. Check-in is only available after 3 pm, but we arrived at 12 o'clock, so we can store our luggage first and go out for dinner before coming back. We can also continue to store our luggage after checking out. Very good stay experience.

The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.
Meals are about 17.18 Euro, food and cleaning are good, but if you stay for a long time, you will not clean in the middle.Generally speaking, if you are a hotel, you should be normal. It was a good price.
No very central, but has Greek restaurant on site. Sufficient parking. Only sparkling water available. Hotel should also make still water available. NOT everyone like bubbles! Room was clean and all was functional.

The hotel is new and conveniently located near the train station and the main shopping street. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach the historic center and Frauenkirche.
Pros: Modern facilities, great location for shopping and transport connections.
Cons: The area is noisy at night, and there were loud street noises outside the window. Breakfast lacked scrambled eggs and bacon, which was disappointing.
A beautiful hotel with great location in Görlitz.
We are already aware that it is not just easy to realize 100% cleanness in the rooms.
We noticed little things, for example, both tooth cleaning glasses were dirty.
The breakfast is overview.
It's just an ordinary Western European standard budget hotel, no highlights or flaws, double-glazed windows for good sound insulation, nothing on the table in the room except two glasses, very close to the airport.
Ideal location for a city occupation, free drinks from the minibar, breakfast with very large selection, beds are not a place for people with back problems!!!

Visited the hotel and had such a pleasant and positive experience.
I was welcomed at check in, with a friendly and polite person. I had a room overlooking the central town square, and the room was great. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with access to a kitchenette.
For location, cost and quality of service and the hotel, I would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel has a super location. Very close to the center. The staff is very friendly. Unfortunately the hotel bar was not open during our stay. Super starting point for a city holiday. We will come back

AAnonymous UserHotel service and environment are very good, check in is very smooth, the front desk staff is polite and humorous. The room is fully equipped, the curtains are very good for shade, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and there are additional disinfection and epidemic prevention measures during the epidemic. The breakfast is also very rich, 12.5 The price of Euro is very close to the people. Vaccine passports will be checked and information registered before meals, and the dining environment is very quiet. But the downside is that the hotel pays 10 euros less than booking on the platform.

AAnonymous UserThe first two pics you'll see the incredible proximity between Hyperion and the train station and mall. I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is 1000 meters away from the train station, it is accessible by multiple buses. The water in the bathroom of room 713 where I stayed was not flowing smoothly, and the water soaked my feet when I took a shower. Everything else was good

RRPSMThe INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining.
We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable.
The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss.
Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat.
We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering.
Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.
GGuest UserThere are two supermarkets in the shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient.
It's a 5-minute walk to the market square, lined with shops and restaurants.
Drivers, please note that the entrance and exit of the hotel parking lot are very narrow. A 24-hour discount of €25 is available.
GGuest UserNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.
GGuest UserCame to Dresden for 2 nights with my daughter.
We just slept at the hotel and did not use extra services.
In our country we don’t wear outside shoes inside the house, so for us the room floor was dirty to walk by bare foot.
Very good hair dryer, but no tea pot or coffee machine.
SSylkeThe accommodation is very central to the city centre. The reception lady is friendly and nice. The room was convenient and clean.
What we didn't know that refugees were located there that require security 24/7 and therefore have renounced reservation for breakfast because it came like in a youth hostel. This should be solved differently for hotel guests. Despite 24/7 Security and payment of parking fees, the car disk was shot at night, for several vehicles. In this situation, the staff was completely overloaded.
