Four-star hotel that is related to its general facilities. The breakfast included with the reservation was quite complete and varied. Highlight the spa for its facilities, which are also included with the reservation at no additional cost. The cost of parking is €5 although there is outdoor parking free of charge. Its location is not good since the beach area is quite far away and it is isolated.

The hotel is in a great location and has a great view from the window. The front desk downstairs is very welcoming and kind! Highly recommended, right next to the British Palace, and there is a pedestrian street. Very recommended

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The car park is very tight and entry access is particularly difficult but it’s doable. The hotel did charge 10 euros for parking which I wasn’t made aware of beforehand. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was decent. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a gluten-free section 👍 But the coffee machine wasn’t working so the only hot drinks were from an express machine which wasn’t great. Location was good and we got a taxi into Murcia centre for 9euros. Decent hotel to use as a base for exploring the area.

All perfect! That's what the hotel has just been ‘misused' as a motel. Late booked, late checked in, wonderfully rested and went on this morning perfectly resting. Super location, visible and perfectly accessible from the highway. Clean, mega quiet, good WiFi, everything perfect! Thanks for again!!!

The location is very good, in the city center, there are many supermarkets around, it is more convenient to go anywhere, it is said that there are more gypsy people in some areas, safety is my first consideration, satisfied

The hotel is okay, but touched me a quite dirty room. The floor was full of hair and pels. When I went to shower and looked at my feet, it gave me a lot of awfulness to walk the floor. And already below the bed better not look ... Hair everywhere 😝

It was a nice hotel and room especially for 3 stars accommodation. We faced the problem with a door key during our stay but had been given a combination to open the lock, thou not a big problem. The bed is comfy, free coffee and tea are fantastic. There is a microwave downstairs so you can easily warm up your lunch if you are on budget. Walking distance from all sights and a bus station to the nearest beach. There is no beach without the city instead, take it into account. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay for us, thank u😘
