We booked on line with ***********, when we arrived we were told there was no kitchen as it was getting refurbished, they should have been upfront with this before booking
We also had our 9 year old granddaughter with us and due to the bye laws she was not allowed in the bar even with been accompanied with an adult.
The problem was on Friday evening there was nowhere for us to sit with our drinks and after a lot of consultation we were eventually allowed to sit in the breakfast area.

Parking wasn't clearly signed and it wasn't clear that there was an additional fee for parking until we were checking in (£8, and it covered until 12pm the following day), but the staff were all really friendly and helpful.

Although we were due to check-in at 2pm, the host Julia allowed us to do it earlier meaning we could go and enjoy the show. She also emailed a few days before explaining how the parking permit would work on the day of the event, which was great and stress free.
Perfect location, 5min walk to the beach, 5min walk to the main street with bars/restaurants.
The room was fine, nice and clean and we had a great night's sleep. Scottish breakfast was lovely.
Overall great experience, Julia the host was very friendly and welcoming.
Will definetly be booking back up for next year 😄

However, there was a Wedding on the same day and when we arrived for our evening dinner, we didn't get our starters until 8.45pm when our table was booked for 6.30. Although, to be fair to the staff, we were 25minutes late. We had an 20mth old boy with us, who sat very patiently waiting for a pizza. This took 1hr 45mins to be brought out. We were then told that the Chef was having a meltdown in the kitchen.Cant fault the waiting staff, but if you want to starve to death or eat at midnight then this is the place to go.

JJustineOur stay at Trump Turnberry was fantastic! We stayed in a King Deluxe room which had beautiful decor and a lovely relaxing feel. The service from the staff was great, specifically the friendly check in where we were given a full explanation of amenities and food options, the tour of the spa, and my personal favourite the turn down service with complimentary chocolates. Can’t wait to stay again!
