Perfect location for a very high standard hotel! Price was exceptional for the service and facilities we enjoyed. Breath of fresh air when the rest of the airport is ripping you off constantly!
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a pleasant and restful stay. Recommended 💯
This lovely traditional hotel sits on the sea front located near to the beach restaurants and town. There can be some noise from the road and the floors and bathroom extractor fans are quite noisy.
Staff were very polite and helpful. We were able to take our dog into our room and breakfast once ordered taken to our room to eat.
The location is great. After arriving, wait for half a day before a clerk comes. Very noisy outside on weekend nights. The Wifi is very unstable, and the video cannot be watched. The milk used to make instant coffee has expired.
Bed in a box!
Easy check in all done through phone with keyless entry. Phone needed to access the room and lift. Small and compact but great to get your head down before an early flight. Good soundproof rooms with comfortable beds. Good shower with over head and detachable head. Towels and hair dryer provided along with two bottles of water. Smart TV, so could sign into my own Netflix. Hot drinks available in the corridor near the lift.
Found bed bug monitors under the bed which were clean 🤩

Hotel was in a good location. The hotel was very quiet considering it was at the services room was clean. Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good value would recommend as a one night stop over.
This is a lovely hotel! The staff are very friendly and considerate - when I was there I was a solo traveller and they had a wedding on, as I wasn't part of the wedding party they made sure I had a room away from the festivities. The room had a fantastic view and there was no noise from the wedding. There weren't many power sockets but you rarely have everything you want in life! Great stay, I'll definitely return one day.
Arrived here in the middle of the night, struggling with my two very heavy suitcases. I was exhausted and in low spirits but I greeted by two very nice staff Gihan and another tall guy never got his name. It’s really great just meeting nice folks who are just efficient and polite. They helped me with my luggage, check-in was quick and easy and the accommodation was great. The room is ideal for overnight stays and very clean.
There’s shuttle service to the airport as well, only thing that ****** is that if you wanted airport pickups the service starts at 4am and there was no bottled water in the room. Other than that zero complaints

GGuest UserVery good night stay, checked in when got there on Saturday and went and chilled in room for a bit until went to go down to the pool for the doors to be closed at 18:35 but people still swimming in there so, I asked reception and the lady said last entry is 18:15 with it closing at 7pm on a Saturday, had they told us that when checking in we’d of gone and made the most of it until 7. Went to the bar and got some dinner later that evening and the food was decent for the price with a variety of options before returning back to our room and had a decent night sleep with no complaints. Woke up in the morning and we didn’t choose to add breakfast for £11 pp as they told us when checking in that we’d have to be down for breakfast by 08:45 and with it being Mother’s sunday and the clocks going forward there was no way we was getting there so decided we’d have a lay in and check out of our room by 11am then hit the sauna, steam room and pool after which was very good, relaxing and made us feel very fresh.
A hotel room welcome pack would be ideal for guests with all the information in, e.g closing times of spindles pool and gym and food times served.
Also staff in bar area very moody

HHeidi ButterfillA really lovely hotel and country club which is tucked away in the beautiful countryside of West Sussex. The driveway is a wonderful welcome with all the purple rhododendrons in bloom. The decor of the entire hotel was contemporary mixed with tradition - loved it.
We had amazing service which made us feel very welcome. We stayed in a family room within the hotel with an amazing view of the golf course (9th tee) - it was perfect; beautiful interior, comfortable bed and pillows, fluffy towels, great balcony, tea/coffee and biscuits and lovely toiletries. It had a lovely country cosy feel to the room and the entirety of the hotel.
The service in the restaurant was brilliant and super friendly and the breakfast was superb - the perfect amount of choices. The view from restaurant was brilliant, the first tee!
We used the health club in particular the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The changing rooms and showers were clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful as was the family cat 😊. The only slight down side was the swimming pool closed at 5:30pm for children.
The golf pros in the golf shop were super friendly and made us feel welcome.
We were pleasantly surprised how lovely this hotel was after booking very last minute, it was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
Highly recommended, thank you very much.
AAtulThe location was excellent, just outside the airport. The room was clean with very basic amenities. The first room offered had terrible urine smell but they were able to offer a different room on the same floor. The elevators were quite slow and the staff pushed expensive meals in their restaurant. There was no microwave available to heat food purchased from outside.
GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and one of the cleaners offered to take one of my suitcases to the elevator for me. The gym was a good size, although the elliptical trainer didn't work; the treadmill was fine. There is adequate space for a few people to do a HITT workout with some limited free weights.
One of the reasons I booked my stay there is because it advertised a sauna and upon arrival I was informed this was the not the case. I was told that this was a *********** issue and that the hotel had never had a sauna. I think it would be a great asset to any hotel. It's the only reason I gave the rating of 4 out of 5 stars for facilities.
The walk to the South terminal was easy and within a 10 minute walk. Coolest vending machine I've ever seen in the lobby of a hotel, just in case you needed some USB cables or international plugs. Such a great idea for a hotel!
I would definitely stay there again.
MMel.HarrisLovely hotel. Ideally situated. Although it was a little tricky to find the shuttle service from the train terminal. Shuttle from hotel back to airport for our early flight was nice and smooth tho.
Semi easy self check in.
We didn't use any of the amenities as liturally just arrived, slept, and left again.
Bed comfy. Room nice and spacious.

GGuest UserExcellent base for travelling out of the U.K. or for day visits into London - for those that want to avoid crazy high-season Central London hotel prices.
Ample car parking and good connections to London either via Gatwick (~ £25 taxi) or via Ifield or Crawley rail stations into London Victoria.
This is typically a base camp - good buffet breakfast is provided - cook breakfast needs to be ordered in advance - don’t expect full 24hr room service but do expect to meet a friendly bunch of staff - big shout out to Mohammed - who do seem to
care and make any stay comfortable.
Carparking is free whilst you are a resident - and special rates are offered for these leaving their cars when flying out of Gatwick.
AAnonymous UserThe room is really small. I would say it is only suitable for one person. It is as small as you can't open your suitcase throughout the whole time in the room. You need to climb up to the bed. It does not feel that private. The window is on the door with a manual blind. And it is next to a see-through toilet. No chair is provided as there is not enough space to get a chair. You need to ask a hair dryer from the reception. Reception is available most of the time at night. Snacks and drinks are available as well. The location is tricky. The hotel is in the terminal, but there is only a lift to let you access the hotel. So, you need to go down a level from the terminal by that specific lift. Clean in general, the shower and toilet are not separate but it is a bit of distance between them.
