The hotel didn’t take cash and that was a bit inconvenient for me since I don’t have a British bank scoping nor digital currency. But other than that the staff were friendly and customer service was great and the ambience and environment was good. The location was very accessible but not so easy to get buses and taxis from that particular spot.

Had to book my hotel in Huddersfield while I was visiting Manchester/Leeds. The hotel was good with all the amenities and services. The staff was also good and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here and recommend the hotel to others too.
the staff and hotel were exelent but whoever invented the stupid windows that cant be open only the smallest bit should stay the whole summer in the room
the room was 28 c no air con if animalls were kept in this heat r s o c to animals would be called.we got no sleep at all will never stay in summer again.
Booking this as a last minute stay over I wasn’t sure of what to expect as I picked hotel closest to where I needed to be. For the price it was spot on and was worth more. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, the breakfast was enough to start your day off nicely and the room was lovely! Room was cozy, clean, smart and well cared for. Even though it was a Saturday night I didn’t hear anyone coming back to theirs rooms late. Would certainly recommend.
Thank you to the staff x
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was quite mixed.
The location itself is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, there are several issues that affected my stay.
First, the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, even when set to the lowest temperature. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially during warm weather.
Second, the WiFi provided was an unsecured public network, which did not feel safe for handling any personal or sensitive information online.
While the room was reasonably clean, the bathroom had a persistent mouldy smell that did not go away throughout my stay.
Another inconvenience is that the parking area is not located directly at the hotel, which can be quite awkward if you have luggage or need to access your car frequently.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here for more than one night. There are better options available in the same area.

GGuest UserI mean it is one of the best experience in the city of leeds for at least 3 days, it god some approval serivce, although the hotel is rennovating, but it still one of the shortstay if younlive inside the CBD.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel and really good to get to the centre .
From checking in early to checking out, everything was superb ! The staff af reception were among the friendliest we have come across.
The room was very clean and a really comfy bed made for an excellent night's sleep.
Breakfast was amazing, and as soon as anything ran out, it was replenished straight away. Choices were really good and excellent quality too
Definitely recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back.
Yyuanyuan.Good hotel but have bad experience. As I arrived at the hotel around 22:00 I booked a suite to have a quiet night but at around 4:00am I was woken up by a loud knocking on the door, I don't know how long he had been there, I was very disturbed to see through the peephole a drunken male in a grey blouse on the floor, he kept screaming and banging on the door next to a person in a pink skirt in front of my door , I was very scared and I called the front desk in a hurry and the front desk kicked him out. But I was mentally damaged, I was woken up at 4am by knocking on the door, I was in the hotel alone as a female and my personal mental state was seriously damaged, however the hotel did not give me any feedback either, this night was the worst night of my stay.
GGuest UserWe got put in a very small double bedroom (standard double) but there was barely any room to move about, even the bathroom was tiny. I went and spoke to the manager who was lovely and upgraded us to the executive suite (honeymoon) no extra charge as it was my partners birthday. Absolutely amazing !!
GGuest UserI was a little hesitant to book this hotel with it being on a service station- how wrong I was. Absolute gem of a place, hotel room was lovely, quiet and clean. Free parking and a 15 minute drive into Leeds. Next door in the service station there is Starbucks, Leon, pizza express, Nando’s, Greggs, M&S etc. will definitely stay again.
MMs.MeeraStaff was friendly at the check-in, quick and easy. I'm terrible with names but the lady I spoke to had curly dark hair, with glasses, she was really helpful and she kindly upgraded my room to an Excutive King. It was on the 10th floor. The room boast some excellent amenities, it was clean and well air conditioned. The best part about the room was the views, overlooking the city of Leeds. Overall, will definitely be staying here again, it is a 2/3minute walk from the train station, a few steps to Trinity shopping centre.
GGuest UserThe hotel was really great. I asked fan for hot days, and they borrow it. I stayed at far room, and might be annoying to back for some of them. But it was quiet and peaceful for me. Breakfast was not poor.
EEll.devVery clean modern hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.
The breakfast was beer good, a lot of variety and choice and well worth the £15.
