The facilities and services provided are excellent. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Pangkalpinang. There is a 24-hour restaurant and massage and spa services available until 11 PM.

the receptionist service is friendly and fast...the barber room is big and clean...the breakfast menu is very varied and very tasty...there is a swimming pool, children can swim...it just so happens that when you arrive there is a gala dinner...extraordinarily lively and the food what is served is also very delicious...

SSkater BoyThe service was awesome! All of the staff are very friendly. The last two nights we (free) upgraded to a Cottage room, very nice! We also stayed in a Superior room, which has a view of the pond. These Superior and Cottage rooms are quiet, the Chalet rooms are also quiet. The on-site restaurant is good, local food. The property is right on the beach, you can also stay in a room perched on stilts over the water. We rented a scooter and drove north to a couple beaches, which had no people, it was amazing! My advice, rent a scooter and explore the beaches that are farther from town. Now, the negative part: This area is the largest producer of Tin in all of Indonesia, (which is used in batteries and electronics) and that means there is plenty of illegal mining by people. They mine right off the coast and inland, the tin is in the sand and soil. It has had a negative impact on the coastal environment and can be loud if you are right next to the areas they are mining. I’m still glad we went here, if you want a holiday with few people around, and no foreigners, this is the place.

GGuest UserAccommodation conditions are OK, but the front desk service is not too good. The price of the island hopping supplier introduced is very expensive (more than 500 RMB per person). Finally, we are looking for the supplier ourselves. The pick-up service to the airport is also. The hotel introduced the market price twice. The taxi service on the island is not developed, it is recommended to book in advance. Then because we asked for marriage, we contacted the hotel in advance and did not reply, and we did not provide customized services on the spot. Finally, we chose to temporarily change to the only five-star hotel on the island, Sheraton's foreman specially customized the layout and meals of the beach dinner according to our needs, which really reflects the professional level of the five-star hotel and the gap between the ordinary hotel. I believe that if I come to Uridong Island in the future, I will consider Sheraton haha, the picture attached to ps is the beach of Sheraton, which is much better than the beach conditions of this hotel.

Ttravel gemNo frills value for money hotel in perfect location along the shopping *****. The room and amenitues is bare. Pilllows, bedsheets and quilt smelled very bad. But the staff responded quickly and change all of them when we told them about it. All the staff very friendly, helpful accomodating and give excellent service. Will stay again when visiting Bangka

AAnonymous UserThe location of this hotel is strategic as it is situated in the city center of Pangkalpinang. However, in terms of its service, I believe it is lacking. I accidentally spilled a drink on the hotel bed, but the bedsheet was not changed. While the hotel is very affordable, cleanliness and comfort are essential to me.
