Mau check ini jam 2 kurang 5 menit tapi disuruh nungguin sampe jam 2 padahal kurang t menit lagi aja, bagus sih sesuai prosedur tapikan kasian klo ad org dri jauh mau istirahat tapi disuruh nunggu dlu. Kamarnya kecil pdhl udah pesen yang deluxe Krn mikirnya bakal dapat kamar gedean dikit. Mejanya juga udah lumayan mau diganti la ya gitu, trus gada air panasnya mau mandi air anget kaga adaaa huhuhu overall okay si but kurang puas aja dikit

worth it untuk harganya, dan kebersihan hotel cukup baik namun pada kebersihan wc bisa ditingkatkan lagi seperti di area wastafel, bagian itu banyak sekali kotoran sisa sisa pengguna kamar sebelum saya, saya harap kebersihan toilet bisa ditingkatkan lagi

The atmosphere of the hotel is nice, comfortable, clean and quiet, strategic location next to the main highway, varied breakfast, spacious parking area, there is a BNI ATM in front of the hotel, only the facilities are minus the lift for access up and down the top and bottom floors, no bath soap, It is not recommended if you bring a family group with elderly people to this hotel, because access up and down the hotel still uses manual stairs, over all it's okay☺️

GGuest UserThe service was really nice, all our requests were fulfilled. The only problem was I was coerced to listen to prayer noise talking all night long.I used earplugs but anyway woke up at 5 a.m. and couldn't fall asleep again, so had no rest

AAnonymous UserGood location, decent facilities, but unfortunately the room telephone cannot be used at all to contact the receptionist or the hotel when there is a need for some items that are missing in the room such as toiletries ex: towels, slippers etc. Had to go down to the ground floor first to ask for it. Breakfast is varied and okay.
