Cleanliness: toilet has a pungent smell and we regretted not asking to change room because we checked in late at night and too tired to ask. It did not got better after room service.
Location: it was right opposite the train station but there is still free shuttle bus to send you there. Good for wet weather or when you have luggage. Was baited by other reviews that there is shuttle bus to Disneyland but there isn’t. Only free bus to nearest station and Baiharma station. You need to pay the train ticket to take resort line to Disneyland and Disneysea.
The park view isn’t ideal because you can’t really see Disneyland. Just the view of neighbouring hotels and a little bit of the parks. I believe ocean view is better.
Breakfast was decent, you can get original or chocolate pudding.
All staff are friendly and nice.
There is ice and cold water dispenser on every floor but no hot water. You can boil on your own in the room. The room is very spacious.
A five-star hotel at four-star prices. I splurged for a king standard room and it is worth the small extra charge. The bed was superb, the pillows soft, and I achieved epic slumbers. The bathtub filled quickly although the water pressure in the sink and shower was low. Quiet rooms and all amenities made for a restful stay after a week of economy ski lodges. The breakfast was superb with made-to-order poached eggs, a bowl of sliced avocados to add to the salad, kimchee to eat with the natto, and all the delicious breakfast foods I could imagine, except there was no smoked salmon. I got such a good price I almost felt guilty.
I had four families use it.
It was a nice facility that renovated an old private house.
The BBQ on the terrace was also a fun memory, and the children were crazy about the small billiards.
i was a little troubled
The response to early check-in was insufficient.
I was informed by phone in advance that ”there was a guest the day before and the cleaning was not finished”, but I arrived a little early on the day and it seemed that I had not cleaned it, so when I called again, ”Early check-in cannot be accepted.” Then I wanted you to write that ...
I didn't know how to handle the rice cooker. I searched the model number online, but I couldn't refer to it because the support was already finished.
It's like a rice cooker with a steamer function, and unlike a general rice cooker, I was confused.
After all, I cooked rice in the pot I brought ...
Only disposable spoons and forks were in the cherry blossom kicking. There was no disposable cherry blossom.
The pot in the cherry blossom facility was dirty.
It was close to the market and the surrounding area was quiet and a good facility to spend a leisurely time.

The room was very spacious and very clean. Smells good upon our entry. There were extra amenities for kids. The lobby has a play area for the kids while waiting and a welcome drinks that can be brought to the room. For the breakfast buffet, we went down around 8am and it was crowded already but they managed the customers well from where to sit and explanations are in English so it was really helpful. Theres not so much to choose from and foods are quite ok, I can say it's not worth for the price. Foods for the children was perfect and many to choose from which kids will love. They even have tokens for chocolate sweets for the kids. But overall, it was great and we slept soundly.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, which added to the comfort of my stay. Given the quality of the accommodations, I found it to be an excellent value for money. The hotel itself is new, which contributed to the modern amenities and overall pleasant atmosphere.

This is my second stay at the Sheraton, and compared to my first experience, I was a bit disappointed this time—particularly with the reception service.
The check-in process was incredibly slow. There were only two families ahead of me, yet each check-in took over 20 minutes. After a long journey, when everyone is exhausted and just wants to settle into their rooms and rest, standing in line for such a long time was frustrating. The situation was even more challenging with kids getting fussy and adults feeling drained. This is definitely an area that needs significant improvement.
On a positive note, the room was as expected—spacious and clean, just like my first stay.
It was clean, and the bathtub was very pleasant to soak in.
The room was spacious enough and there was an ironing board, a large desk and a TV so I could relax.
There was also an air purifier.
The hanger rack next to the door takes up very little space, but there was also a place to hang coats in the room so it wasn't a problem.
Check-in and check-out were smooth via machine.

Very Good
GGuest UserWe enjoyed the stay. It was a little harder to move around with our luggage and get to the room as we had quite a lot but we managed. They don’t help with that part.
Staff seemed friendly and it was a lot nicer than expected for the low price we paid. Nice stay and we would recommend for anyone needing a night to stay close to the Narita airport
RRosel DofelizThe resort is big, staffs are very friendly. We got the connecting room for a family of 5 and it’s big. We enjoyed the dinner buffet food choices and it’s nice that they have a complimentary drink for every guest, me and my husband loved that part so much as we got to enjoy our wine while having dinner after a long tiring day of flight 😊. Will definitely book again.
AAnonymous UserGood to have shutle bus service from Narita airport to hotel, but it would be better if there were more buses because the seats were almost full on the way back to hotel. Check- in was very fast and easy, amenities were nice; You will have to book the shuttle bus to go back to the airport by QR code in advance.
Regarding the room, it was quite old but okay.. When we entered to the restroom in our hotel room there were some trash left in the bin. Anyway on the way back to airport, shuttle bus service was on time. Hotel staff were polite and could speak very good English :)
DDean MauriceWe knew what we were getting into when we booked this hotel and it was truly an economy hotel to be close to Disney. They had excellent and frequent access with busses to get to the Disneyland and Disneysea area and took between 15-20 minutes each day to get from the hotel front door to the park gates. They have a free shuttle that works on a first come first serve basis but in the morning it left a little late so we used the public busses that stop very close to the hotel. The hotel is about 1 km away from each of the closest metro stations - Shin-Urayasu and Maihama (closest to Disney).
The hotel is very minimal and was truly a place to sleep. We liked that we had a small kitchen with a mini fridge and kettle and stocked up on snacks and drinks each day at the nearby 7-11 to be ready to line up at Disneyland. We had the double bed and it was small but just a place to sleep so we felt rested. The rooms were warm enough in December but got a bit drafty at night. There was a desk, small work station, small TV and surprisingly a DVD/VCR combo in a cabinet. The bathroom was quite compact but we appreciated the heated seat on the Japanese style toilet and the good warm shower. They provide bath products and towels and there is the option to get additional items in the lobby like extra towels, bathing towel, shave cream, combs and toothbrushes. It is important to note that the hotel does not do daily housekeeping.
We felt we had a good stay here because we wanted to be close to Disney without spending a lot of money. The stay was fine but on the last night the fire alarm went off four times around 1:30 am. They handed out a brochure at the front desk to say that if you left your shower door open the steam could set off the fire alarm and that could be what happened. After the second alarm a Japanese man told us we could stay in our room, after the second alarm the front desk made a loud announcement in Japanese over the intercom and after the fourth alarm they made an announcement in English to not worry. A little bit of a disruptive sleep but at least it didn't affect our Disney days.

PPhillip NobleThis is our second time staying at the ART Hotel.
Our last two days resting up before our flight back home. A free shuttle bus is available to the airport as well as into Narita town for shopping or the train station.
We shall use this place again on our next trip to Japan.
Thank you.
WWhitKneeWe enjoyed the hotel room so much that we decided to stay an extra night. Being in the cramped rooms of the city before and after our stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo Bay made it very difficult to leave. We appreciated the cleanliness, hospitality, plush beds and amenities. The only drawbacks were a bit far from Disneyland and the shuttle pick up location at the parks were quite far from the gate but, again, the hotel itself made up for that. In room dining was great, breakfast was good.
CCohenRoom is clean and designed with charging points at bed head. Walking distance to Disneysea and convenience store. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Disneyland and nearby subway, coffee machine, microwave.
WWONGARTI chose this hotel because it’s very close to the airport, and it offers free breakfast and an airport shuttle service, making it perfect for people catching early morning flights. The hotel staff are very polite, and I appreciate how attentively they serve the guests. The bed in the hotel room is very comfortable and great for sleeping.
AAhmad MostafaA reasonable hotel about 10 minutes from Narita AirPort. They provide a good bus service to and from the airport 2-3 times every hour. The room I had was clean and adequate size for an overnight stay. There isn’t anything near the hotel but they do have 2-3 restaurants onsite. The staff are very polite and happy to serve. Room cleaning is also very good. During my stay 24 - 25 Feb they had a garden light show that is an annual Jan and Feb event. It was very nice. Overall a pleasant experience for an overnight stay. Thank you.
