Great experience overall! Room - clean and large, very new. Service - guest experience agent in concierge is awesome! I really appreciate the service Ami provided. The restaurant recommendations/ books have been very smooth. English communication is also great! Hassin sushi (八新壽司） is a must go omakase sushi place while typpenyaki place recommended also provided excellent quality wagyu beef. We also tried western style breakfast recommended (莊園小町） Super nice too! Onsen - very new with splendid view. Just some business visitors from south east Asia who are not familiar with onsen rules were very noisy. Food - breakfast is quite nice - suggest trying it outside. Location - needs to driver around 10-20 mins to the restaurants in the city but overall all ok Free valet parking is good. Overall excellent experience!

A cozy escape with stunning mountain views and perfect hot springs. Loved the late-night soaks and hearty mushroom soup. Rooms were rustic and comfy, though Wi-Fi was spotty and parking tight. Staff were warm and welcoming. Ideal for a relaxing getaway—can’t wait to return!

The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. The check in was smooth and the staff were courteous and efficient. Ms Naruse, from the Front Desk was super helpful in making a dinner reservation for us at an izakaya nearby. She managed to help us with the reservation and we enjoyed the dinner very much 👍🏼. Great hotel to stay at. Rooms were clean though small and the hotel is in a convenient location. There is not on site parking but they have a partnership with a nearby carpark for a discounted rate. Public onsen available with room control panel viewing of how crowded it is.

The on-site dining offered a great variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

I wanted to walk slowly and have a look. There are many Koreans in Doudancho. The shops have been renovated, but the business is declining. There are not many people even when I walk to the river. The hotel is OK. There is a fat guy at the front desk who has poor service awareness and is dull.

The hotel is an artificial hot spring with only an indoor pool. The comfort level is average. I personally feel that the hotel's breakfast is above average. There are two parking spaces which are quite convenient. When visiting Saeki City, it is recommended that you go to a nearby restaurant to eat sushi🍣

I stayed at the hotel with a plan that included meals. The semi-private room gave me a sense of privacy, and the food was delicious and I was very satisfied, but I would have been more satisfied if they had provided a little more service, such as drinks and food that I couldn't eat. The rooms were spacious and had a free-flowing hot spring, which left my skin feeling smooth and allowed me to relax in nature.

very happy to have booked this hotel. very well located hotel, walkable fr yufuin station. breakfast and dinner every day was very nice, some days better than others but excellent nonetheless. place is a little old but is well kept. room is also rather large and we had the mountain view which was amazing. hotel onsen water can be a little too hot, so sensitive ppl do be careful. will come again.

This is a newly opened hotel before the epidemic. I have always wanted to go there, and I finally went this time. The overall evaluation is OK, but because we are lazy, we chose to stay for three nights, and it was really boring on the last day. The scenery is still worth checking in, but the food is really no advantage compared to Japanese hot spring hotels, and the breakfast set meal also feels completely insufficient. And because it has to be different every day, it was OK on the second day, but it was completely unacceptable on the third day. So it is still recommended to go, but staying for one night or at most two nights is enough.
