I had 3 nights stay and liked this hostel room spacecious and clean. The worker 'Arlan' is very friendly and helpful even knowledgeable if any queries, he would delighted to share and guide you. The cleaning ladies help to clean the room daily and replenishment are sufficient. Hostel in a strategic location about 10 mins walk to Osh Bazaar and you can catch local buses to everywhere in the center with only 20 som It is a worth for value and if I have a chance to be back to here in future, this definitely would be my first choice by heart and strongly recommend to all my friends. A very good luxury hotel in Kyrgyzstan, with a high cost-effectiveness. My friend and I booked a suite and a king-size bed room. The most important thing is that it doesn't matter if you don't know the language, the check-in is smooth. This room faces the sun, and the foot of the snow-capped mountains is at the bottom of the curtains, which is absolutely beautiful. Apart from the scenery, the bedding is very standard, and the overall stay experience is very good. Breakfast is 7.00-10.00, and I had a big plate of chicken for breakfast, which was touching 😹 The hotel facilities are also good. The cafe on the first floor is very suitable for afternoon tea and the Korean restaurant on the top floor is more suitable for dating. The facilities are very comfortable and the tone is very suitable.

The location is excellent, the surrounding area is very convenient and there are many places to eat. The view from the upper floors is very good, the breakfast is also good, there are many choices, the room is also very bright, and the price/performance ratio is very high

Very good, great location, all attractions can be reached on foot, breakfast is fully equipped in the local area, the front desk guy is enthusiastic and speaks good English, which is rare. He is the best English-speaking local I have met in this Russian-speaking country

My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

The room is the best in Kyrgyzstan. There are not many rooms. It is quiet. Downstairs is the Central Park, which is convenient for walking.

Decided to book the same hotel for our return leg after trekking in Karakol. First stay at Novotel was excellent (see my other review) but the second stay was horrible. Check in time was 3pm so we went out for lunch and got back at 3.20pm only to be told that one of the two rooms was not available. Reception staff, Zania, was rude and unapologetic and didn't even bothered to provide an estimated time. Another receptionist told us it would be about 30 mins and they would send the keys to the room. We went into the room and at 4.15pm we called the reception desk and they told us they will deliver the key in 5 mins. 10 mins have passed before the key was delivered. 5-star hotel with poor time management and bad service - no follow up on room key. Other areas were good though EXCEPT front desk staff. Staff at massage/pool were polite, so were the restaurant staff. Please educate your front desk staff especially Ms Zania, as they are the first line of service.

Not a bad hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the room has everything you need. Some rooms have been cosmetically renovated. The number of rooms is small. We didn't take breakfast, so I can't say anything. There are a lot of places near the hotel where you can eat tasty and varied food. WiFi is very weak... Value for money👌

Maybe because I booked it on Ctrip, I only had a corner room on the shady side. The room was damp and dark. It was not a small place, but it was not very comfortable to live in. There was a casino next to it. Although it was legal and didn't look messy, it was still scary when I first heard about it. I heard from local compatriots that this is already a local five-star hotel, but to be honest, it is at most 300 yuan a night in Beijing.
