World's Friendliest hotel! We were on the 2nd floor and due to room remodeling on the 3rd floor, which was right above our room, they thought it might be too noisy and that maybe some particles could drop onto our floor so, they upgraded our room and moved all personal belongings with care like it was their own and the upgraded room was an excellent. We couldn't ask for more. We will definitely stay here again.

It was the most satisfying place I stayed in Korea. There was a beautiful lake view and a really delicious restaurant, so there was nothing lacking. The staffs were very kind and friendly too. I will definitely stop by again when I go to Korea.

Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are clean and well-maintained. There is a convenience store, so it is easy to buy necessary products, and it is adjacent to Bomun Complex, so it is convenient for living.

This is the hotel I always come to whenever I come to Gyeongju. As a 5-star hotel, I often use it because the overall service and facilities are satisfactory. The breakfast is also good, and in the summer, it is a good place to bring children to play in the pool.

The ocean view was so nice The room is not big, but the view is really overwhelmingly good The facilities were also clean However, they separated the table and bed with a wooden bar guard in the middle That blocks the view from the table. That's a bit disappointing, but The location is right in front of Yeongildae, so it's good.

Ramada We got a free room upgrate from trip.com. It was really nice to have a big room. Everything was great. Clean and convenient facilities. Friendly staff. Nothing to complain about.

I made a reservation because I wanted to warm up my body in the whirlpool bath because it was cold!! I thought I had to wipe and fill the whirlpool bath before filling it with water, so while cleaning, black mold and scum kept coming out, so I wiped it thoroughly and filled it with water, and before getting in, I wondered if the whirlpool was bubbling, so I turned it on and turned it off right away, but in an instant, I saw black scum and mold that had been hiding in the holes come out, so I just drained the water and took a shower ^_^ I also had a styler, so I had to fill it with water and empty it to use it, and when I emptied it, the scum inside was brown and gray...and it was fluffy like seaweed... .. Ha... I was planning to wake up and visit Bulguksa Temple, so the location was okay. The cleanliness is... dirty. The breakfast was simple, so I could eat bread, eggs, and drinks, which was nice, and I was able to use breakfast until 11. The floor is not carpeted, but it is wooden, and although it is said to have central heating, it is not warm even when you walk on it with bare feet... It feels like a cold floor. (My feet don't get cold, but it's not warm either, but it's not cool either, but it's a bit cold, it's just like the floor of a house without heating.) The heating comes from the air conditioner above, and the temperature control is inconvenient. There was no way to check what degree I set it to, so I just pressed it roughly and went to sleep, then lowered it because it was hot, and woke up because it was cold.. I didn't sleep well.

The price-to-performance ratio is really good. We got a room upgrade and got a room with a bathtub. It was really clean and nice. It was quiet, clean, and had a great view. The interior is pretty and the hot water comes out well. The bathroom and toilet were made of transparent glass, so I was a little confused. ㅎㅎ However, the location is a bit out of the way by public transportation. It was a little difficult to get to the city. Naver Map didn't work. The 700 bus runs 4 times a day. It passes by around 11 AM. When I searched around 9:30 AM, it said the bus would arrive in 20 minutes, so I quickly checked out and left. But the bus didn't arrive. I waited at the bus stop for over an hour in the cold weather.ㅠㅠ In the end, I called the bus company to check and got on the bus at around 11:10. If you are using public transportation, don't trust Naver Map and instead check with the bus company before getting on:)

I had a fun trip to Gyeongju with my kids while staying at the Kolon Hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. The children had a great time experiencing Gyeongju, where history is alive. We had an ondol room since the children were young, and it was nice because it was warm. In the evening, it was nice to watch the sunset while drinking unlimited beer at Moonlight Pocha. The atmosphere and taste are good, so I think it would be a good idea to stop by. My husband said the golf course here was pretty so he went to play golf in the morning. It was a thoroughly enjoyable trip.

Booked for a family trip of 5. It was spacious and had a nice view. I booked a room that hadn't been remodeled, but I think it would be much more comfortable if I booked a remodeled room next time. It was nice for the family to use the same room and play together, but if you're considering using the shower or bathroom, it would be better to book a separate room for 2 or 3 people. The parking lot was too narrow, so it was difficult to park late at night and it was very difficult to open the door when getting out of the car. It was very convenient to move to tourist attractions, and if you're going on a golf trip, the surrounding golf course facilities were good, so it was okay.

Amazing place to stay in the middle of every thing. Easy to walk to food, coffee and right across from the beach. The space walk is less than 2 kms away (about a 5 min drive). The hotel offers free water/americanos (all the time) and free toast in the mornings, which is so nice. Room was quite spacious and very clean. Staff were amazing with our language barrier and always friendly. Would stay again

I was surprised by the color of the bathroom, and except for the Chinese people in the next room, the soundproofing was not good, but it was a good place to stay for the price! It was cozy, so I would like to visit again next time.

Room condition is good Abalone porridge for breakfast and side toast and drinks were good. The sound of the chairs upstairs at night and the noise of the thumping were very uncomfortable, but the room condition was satisfactory and patient

It was one of the best hotels for us to stay for 2 nights. It’s fully remodeled and clean environment overall. Finding an excellent hotel near to the big marketplace isn’t easy but luckily there’s a hotel waiting for us. The front desk girls are so polite and knowledgeable, smiling faces all the time making us feel like we’re in our closest friend’s home. I strongly recommend this place because it is the best place we’ve ever been. I hope their business goes well and having a happy life. May our precious Lord be with them. There is quite a problem with booking a hotel that has a motel side. And in the app it doesn't say whether it's the motel side or the hotel side. It's quite inappropriate for this matter. and the location is reasonably far from the sea or tourist attractions But the room price is expensive when you think that you can only sleep at the level of the curtain.

There is a dryer in front of you, where you can put shirts in to dry and sterilize them (I don't know how the dryer can be used, but I washed the left bottom shirt and put it in it. It takes 2 hours to dry (it’s super fast😭💕), and the wind speed of the hairdryer is fine (although it’s not too strong, but even if you have long hair, it will kill you if you don’t wash it). There is a charger inside Zhongyou! ! ! (I had to take it with me this time because I couldn’t wake up all the way out. I thought I should buy it. I was so happy when I saw it when I checked in😭😭😭) It has two type-c and two lighting heads. It charges quickly, but it is not easy to charge. The device is mounted on the bedside and cannot be removed. If you want to use the phone for charging, you must sit and use it on the bedside. The toilet is free of charge (super easy to use 😭), and the bathroom space is large. I, a fat guy, can have a lot of space to stretch out even when I wear it.
