Virtually devoid of televisions and alarm clocks, it is a hideaway from the stresses of everyday living. Lie in a hammock under a canopy of stars and listen to the Atlantic Ocean's roar. It is within an easy 10 minute walking distance to some of the last remaining pristine beaches on the island and on some days you can have the beach all to yourself.Bayleaf offers the comforts of home. It includes a queen-size bed, locally made wooden furniture, a walk-in closet and ceiling fans. It also includes a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, two burner hobb, electric oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave and utensils.Dining is alfresco, surrounded by the trees and chirping of birds in the daytime and chirping of crickets at night.It also features a private en-suite bathroom with a sunken outdoor shower, surrounded by the trees.It comes fully equipped with beach towels, portable hammocks, a cooler and ice packs.The owners and co-host all live a 15 minute drive away. The Laborie beach is a short drive away and from there you can see the neighbouring island of Saint Vincent on a clear day . Kite and wind surfing , horseback riding and kayaking are all nearby.
