Spacious hotel, got both fan and aircond, clean, got basic toiletries and mineral water. No sound proof. Helpful and kind staff. Very near with kb mall. Please reminded need to pay parking fee or got summon.

Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night.

Easy to check in. Room is gud with comfortable bed to accomodate 6 of us. There are plenty of shop below such as emart, mcdonald, starbucks and other. So..easy for us to buy some food. Overall..awesome stay.

GGuest UserWe stayed here over the public holiday break—yes, it was a bit crowded, but that’s understandable. The resort is really close to Pantai Bisikan Bayu, and we enjoyed a nice walk around the area. The pool was a big hit with my niece and nephew—it’s huge, with lots of seating around it. Pool opens at 9am; would’ve loved if it opened a little earlier.
It took me a while to find the shower by the pool, so having a few more or clearer signs would be helpful. In our room, the sink was clogged and the fan wasn’t working—maybe the maintenance team could do regular rounds to check. I may book direct to resort next time as it is cheaper to direct booking. Found out after I had to add another room.
Anyway, we had a good time!

bathroom not so clean. got it its quite old hotel but still its considered as the best in town hence hopefully they can upgrade the cleanliness. breakfast foods are varities and all good. good the local kueh on your breakfast and the nasik kerabu

AAnonymous UserLocation wise, near to Pasar Siti Khadijah (ehailing). We stay at a double bed room near to lift, convenient as I bring a senior citizen with me. Room space okay not too spacious. Have prayer mat, kiblah direction, shower gel & shampoo (you have to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste), kettle and astro tv with 4-5 channels. Iron & ironboard in each floor. Room not soundproof. Breakfast spread okay (2-3 main dish, tasty). Friendly & good service from front desk. Lift was unique (transparent, pull & push)
Pro : easy to get food as pasar malam was just in front of the hotel (7.30pm-10pm)
Cons : parking limited, careful when ironing, cleanliness can be improved.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Wakaf Che Yeh Night Market, with numerous shops and amenities surrounding it. However, the parking area behind the hotel is limited and quite cramped. The first room I was assigned was in poor condition; the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, but thankfully I was able to switch rooms. Cleanliness was an issue; the bed felt quite hard, and the sheets weren't clean. While it might be okay for a single night's stay, it's far from comfortable. The second room was similar, though the air conditioning was slightly better. It was an old unit that cooled very slowly and appeared unmaintained. On the positive side, the hotel staff's service was acceptable. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Entrance: Mesmerizing, beautiful, a lot of mural that you can take pictures (which i forgot to snap), comfy seat at waiting and leisure corner infront of reception counter.
Room: Clean, spacious, very comfy pillow, full of lights, have iron clothes and iron board.
Bathroom: shower room bit small, toilet head host need to change, there is a cockroach at shower curtain 🫠.
Parking: Lots of parking.
