Hotel room is a bit old with leaking pipes in the bathroom.
There is a red stain on the bedsheet upon entering and hv informed housekeeping. They quickly changes it as requested.
Breakfast buffet was good with lots of food
There is not much space to move around in the room. Bathroom has no shower stall so what you get is a wet and slippery floor if you go in after someone’s used the shower. No wardrobe or closet just a few hangers on a railing . Even though there’s an electric water jug what is provided is paper cups . Meaning you are not able to re-use the cups if you want to make hot drinks again. Very very basic amenities.
A cosy budget hotel with basic amenities. Location was perfect for us as it was a short walking distance to the mosque where we had iftar and performed terawih prayers. The room was on the 2nd floor. The staircase was a little steep but manageable. There was a restaurant at the ground floor the the food was tasty.

Counter kena alert check btl2 dlm sistem, blh pula kata nama tiada dlm tempahan, bila tunjuk resit payment br kata ada, next time kena alert n check btl2.. 1st time hotel ni..
The lobby is beautiful with a coffee machine provided..the bedroom so-so. The comforter got stains. And they forgot to put the soap, shampoo and body gel but quickly settled after we called the receptionist.. no toothbrush was provided shockingly..I think it's essential in a hotel room, don't you think so? Anyway, hopefully there is improvement in the new year.
cleanliness:
cleanliness is below average. toilet is moldy. it is recommended for u to bring your own toilet slipper. bedsheet and pillowcase is yellowish. however i guess this is the best u can get in kota bahru. dont compare to the standard of cleanliness with hotels in KL
location:
need to take grab for RM11 to pasar khadijah/ city centre. the hotel is located next to mydin tunjong, walking distance
staffs:
front desk Mr Akram was pleasant and welcoming. concierge Mr Fahmin was very helpful.
wifi:
wifi was average speed and easily disconnected
aircond:
aircond is ok and cold, it is great
floor:
i like that the floor in the room is fully wooden, no carpet. it is clean
the Villa is among the new housing areas in Bandar Utama of Gua Musang. The villa is rather new and well equipped: iron, hair-dryer, shower with water heater, shower gel and shampoo are provided (no toothbrush/ toothpaste).
every house comes with parking space.
there's hiking trail in walking distance from the villa, but make sure you put on appropriate shoes & gear.
there are yet not many eateries around (in walking distance), but still you can find shops / stalls.
Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, which made a great first impression. Our room was on the 8th floor, facing the Kelantan River, and it was quite spacious. However, the hotel is a bit aged, and the old carpet had a slight damp smell when we first entered. Fortunately, after turning on the air conditioning for a while, the smell disappeared. On the bright side, the bathroom and bathtub were clean, which I really appreciated.
One of my favorite things about the room was the huge window—if you're lucky with the weather, you can catch a beautiful sunset over the river. The underground parking was convenient, with plenty of spots near the entrance to the lobby. The hotel is also within walking distance of several tourist attractions like museums and the famous Siti Khadijah Market.
The only real downside was the incredibly slow elevator, which tested my patience a little. Aside from that, everything was fine for a short stay. Would consider staying again if visiting Kota Bharu.

DDelon AngUsed to be my favorite stay in Kota Bharu since 10 years back.
But on my recent visit, I found that it's time to do a refurbishment to the hotel as items are getting old, especially the mattress. I can feel a sunken shape on the bed, and my sleeping experience isn't that acceptable. Overall, this hotel is still a decent selection as it is just right next door to KB Mall.
Hope the management starts looking into this issue before the customer runs away.

SStaryNitezStaff are friendly and helpful. It has a cosy lobby that we can have a short rest before we depart to airport (as we have evening flight). The Room is clean and tidy with 2 complementary capsules of coffee. I like the layout of the room as it has a glass partition. I’m gladful that this hotel has water dispensers that also direct dispense hot water basing on the temperatures we need. Location wise is also ok as it is still within walking distance to assess for food as well as Siti Khadijah Market (approx 1.7km).

SSummer bellThe hotel is located opposite the beach and beside the lake. The room is very spacious, with balcony. the surrounding is very quiet and beautiful , good place for holidays and relax.
YYusri amriOur stay at this curve glass room, the space is big enough to accommodate me & my family.location wise-not so far from KB & walking distance to wakaf che yeh
TTanDebraThe door for the shared bathroom cannot be locked and can be potentially invaded by the tenant of another room that is using the same bathroom. When we attempted to give feedback to the hotel owner, nothing was done. When the next door is rented out to other customers, we warned them about the bathroom lock. The hotel worker then abruptly force us to change room. Mind the phrase I used, ”abruptly force”, they didn't just ”offered” us to change room, they rudely forced us to switch to a lower-priced room which we didn't agreed at last. I had been to this hotel several times and it was all good, thus it is always my first choice to stay in Kubang Kerian. But after this experience, I will never go back to this place. Ever.
Hhkmnurrr”I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, well-maintained, and had a cozy atmosphere. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining spots. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The amenities were simple yet thoughtful, including a workspace, a mirror, and a kettle for convenience. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the space was a bit compact, it was still a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!”
