The hotel is in a good location, especially if you're visiting Maastricht University. I read lots of reviews before booking this place and wasn’t disappointed at all. It’s located very near to the train station so you don’t have to walk far. This is by far one of the best hostels I have stayed in! The bunk bed cabins gave adequate privacy, the showers were strong and with hot water, the breakfast (which can be added for €14) was great. Then staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you need to wash your clothes, they have a washing machine that can be used. The common area was very cozy with lotsa greenery around you. Highly recommend to stay here if you’re in Maastricht.

The best part of the hotel is it's location. Very close to the bars and restaurants and walkable distance to important landmarks. It self service check in. So you will not find a reception. While you can contact the support to enter the place to complete check in there isn't much information about the check-in process. Need to provide detailed info on this. The room was clean and big and well maintained. The TV is very small and needs activation code and there was no one to help with it. I would not recommend this hotel for the price they charge.

Macheng is relatively small, and the city and people are very warm! The hotel room is large, and the view outside the window is beautiful. Every morning when I open the curtains, the beautiful riverside scenery comes into view! The breakfast is also good!

It's very cheap for such a hotel room. It was a small room with a bathroom and toilet. The bathroom was hanging all the screws, the towel was hanging out of the screws, the shower was dirty of the walls could use a paint, the head support of the bed was broken, the leather was bladed, the spray on the bed was smooth. At the front door the doorbell was broken when you walk through it you need to look for your clothes not to break. It's very expensive for such a room. Ontbijt was prijzig pp was wel lekker. - Staff is good. Benefits you are close to the centre of Maastricht

Location is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

Hotel staffs were friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. Definitely can improve on cleanliness. The coffee cups and spoons in our room had stains, the rug around the bed was so old and gross looking and there was even a dead baby cockroach stuck on the wall. Free vanity kits and tubes of lotion were unnecessary.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Friendly staff. Nice room, everything was there to enjoy a long weekend in Maastricht. It was also nice and close to the station and the fantastic center is within walking distance

Very strange room layout, from door to the window is bed, wash area and desk. If the bed and wash area are exchanged their place it would be better. The best things are it’s good location, very close to Maastricht Station by 3 minutes walk away, and the good service from staff at reception, in particular Andre’ ( if I remember correctly the young man with golden curly hair). No slippers, but can borrow adapters and 2 bottles of water are provided in room.
