The toilet door did not shut as it looked like there had been a water leak before and it and the wall had swelled up.When heat pump was going could see the inside was dirty. Also the windows and sliding door frames were dirty. Was okay for price.Window latches broken.Wine glass broken.

Our vacation experience was fantastic. The accommodation was clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making it suitable for all age groups. The resort offers many activities for kids, such as game room, movie room, outdoor bouncing pillow, bicycles, and a small park area. Adults can enjoy some relaxing time at the café or unwind in the swimming pool after a day of activities. We stayed in a cabin for three nights, and we especially loved the well-equipped kitchenette. It was great to be able to easily cook our own meals when we craved Chinese food. It was very convenient!

I stayed in one of the self-contained motel apartments at the Napier Beach Kiwi Holiday Park and Motels. At the same time there were plenty of people with tents and mobile homes/campers. The location is excellent in that it is right on the beach and being far enough away from SH1 so that it is really calm and with no noise. Very well looked after by friendly management. Highly recommended.

In a remote town, the hotel room is clean and tidy, and the price is OK! The public bathroom is also very convenient, cleanly managed and has a hairdryer. Toiletries are required. There is a Thai restaurant not far from the car.

The room is very satisfactory, with two bedrooms and one living room, which can accommodate 5 people. It is very spacious for the two of us. There are two bathrooms, with separate wet and dry areas. Room was good, strange set up with the curtains the way the heater was set up though. Bathroom was quite small but 100% functional, did have issues with water changing temperature in the shower which is a bug bear of mine. Overall a great place to stay though.

Very satisfied, better than expected, the room directly overlooks the sea. Opposite the hotel, to the left in the direction of the tourist center, there is a delicious ice cream shop, you must try it, to the right is the aquarium
