Very good hotel, very clean and tidy!
I was just embarrassed because I arrived at the hotel with a soda in my hands and they charged me 50 PHP “for entering the hotel with food. I had never seen that anywhere… being charged for that.
I checked out the next day at 8:00 am and when I was already in another city 3:00 am from the hotel, they called me and charged me 50 PHP again. I felt embarrassed and upset. I will not use this hotel again because of what happened.
It was a great stay with my family, the location is very convenient and near to malls and banks. The staff was very helpful especially their front desk agents. We have booked 3 rooms and the rooms were perfectly amazing!!!
15 minute drive from the center, but to those who are after tranquility, the hotel location is a very good choice. The staff are very polite and friendly. Except for the weather which is very unpredictable, it was a pleasant stay overall.
When you stay at Baggak Hotel and Restaurant by SMS Hospitality in Sanchez-Mira, you'll be 31.7 mi (51.1 km) from Kalbario Patapat National Park.
Take advantage of the hotel's room service (during limited hours). A complimentary local cuisine breakfast is served daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 10 air-conditioned rooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and cable programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and bidets. Conveniences include desks and complimentary bottled water, and housekeeping is provided once per stay.
Finally, a decent hotel in this northern part of the Philippines. The rooms were big, tidy, with modern fittings (bathroom, hot water, aircon, large and comfortable bed). Cleanliness was up to standard. Some things can be improved like the lack of amenities or a decent place to eat but apparently - they serve breakfast meals. Location is good, proximity to NOVO mall and Save More Supermarket if you need so provisions, and the Florida Bus Terminal. Definitely - will book this hotel again if ever there's a chance to be in Aparri.
Room is good, it has two beds so good for two people. Location is accessible to airport, SM Cauayan, terminals, restaurants, places to visits and a lot more. You can say, i's in the heart of the city. Highly recommended.
The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and is relatively quiet. The breakfast has few varieties but tastes good. The service attitude of the front desk and restaurant staff is very professional and patient. I will come again.

GGuest UserThis is a nice hotel on Batan Island in Batanes Province in the Philippines. Batan Island has limited facilities and Residencia de Basco is a very good hotel for Batan. The workers are as nice as can be and do as good a job as they know how. The pool was wonderful and the hotel was within walking distance from the beach. The AC was very effective but the hallways are open air. The dining hall was moderately Airconditioned. The room was adequately stocked with shampoo and soap with a shaving kit and make-up kit as well as two toothbrush kits supplied. The door lock did not work when we checked in but was repaired as soon as we brought it to the hotel's notice.
However, for the traveler, this hotel left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but never serviced in the three days we stayed. The restaurant, important as there are limited eating facilities within walking distance, was not reliably opened. The selection of drinks was very strange, with multiple types of beer but no club soda available. When requesting room service, the meal was brought up on a tray and the tray was taken. Since they did not collect the dishes even when left in the hallway outside, it necessitated balancing multiple dishes to bring them back down to the Kitchen. In defense of the staff, as soon as they saw us carrying the dishes (on the next day of course) they ran to take them from us. When we went to settle the bill the night before (20:00) leaving as we needed to leave at 05:45 AM, we were told only cash was accepted. When we paid cash we were told there was no change available and we could pick up change in the morning. When morning came, still no change.
Wifi was nice when it worked but they use one-time vouchers which needed to be renewed every time the device lost the wifi signal. About 40% of the vouchers did not work and we requested vouchers multiple times a day for only two devices using perhaps 30 different vouchers in only three days. Since there is no cell phone coverage at the hotel, wifi was the only way to stay in touch.
All in all it was a nice stay but with very little effort and training it could have been much better.
JJoe SilvergoldHad a great stay here. I must say, this is by far the best hotel in Tuguegarao for me! Staff were polite and responsive to our needs. Room was a bit small but the space is bright, clean, and fragrant. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotel bathrooms in the city. There’s a smart TV which you can enjoy all day plus it’s subscribed to Netflix. There are also dining utensils and mini fridge inside the room so dining wouldn’t be a problem.
The location is right along the local highway but can be hardly noticed especially at night.
Overall, the stay was worth it for the price we paid. Will definitely stay in our future travels to Tuguegarao.
GGuest UserThe ceiling of the toilet is leaking, and the air conditioner in this room is broken. It only supplies air. WiFi is not available in every room. I received it in the lobby, but it disappeared when I returned to the room.

MMiss E. ElizabethThe room is a bit crowded but for a solo traveler it was just right. The staff were attentive to my request as to have a window and scenery of the city outside.
They have a lot of amenities which I truly liked. Pool, karaoke, and basketball.
Their food at the restaurant was also very delicious and made me full. I like the apple carrot shake.
The downside is that the security of the door is just a bit off. I felt I wasn’t safe inside but just fell asleep due to exhaustion.
But overall, my stay was okay. 👍🏼
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a bit far from the city center. You should have a private vehicle since it is a bit 5 minute walk from the main road. They have a private pool, restaurant, and good security. They have an aesthetic theme when it comes to furniture & fixtures and a private hall for programs & events. They have a hot shower too & a spacious bathroom. There is a bit premium on meal prices which is understandable since the meals are superb. This is recommended for family gatherings & excursions.
AAnonymous UserEverything is so perfect. Simple and people are really nice. Everything is neat, except the comforter is a little dusty. I have hyper sensitive skin and one of my top allergen is dust and so I have been scratching all the time. I guess if you are not as sensitive as I am you will not feel the same. I will still go back here if I have a choice because it is just located at the back of the airport. I love the proximity and accuracy in the description.
EEmieDuring my Husband stay only for one day it’s hard to relocate the address may I request put the exact adress because not all driver knows well the hotel is not familiarize…🙃The staff are very good the cleanliness and the surround was Great 👍🏽 amazing experience while staying in Philippines 🇵🇭 Kudos To all the Staff amazing team my husband appreciate you all 😘
