Always the best option when transiting in Manila to other local destinations because of the location. Staff is really friendly. Also the rooms are clean.

We stayed 1 night at this hotel and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—just a few minutes walk from the mall and close to several restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and always ready to assist, which made check-in and check-out smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and overlooking of high rise buildings of BGC and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. I would definitely recommend Hotel101 to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great value for money.

Our first time to stay here at Belmont Manila and all i can say everything went smooth.We got 2 twin bed room and we request to merge the two bed to make it king size specially we have toddler. I recommend this hotel if you are having an early flight to NAIA T3 as the runway bridge connecting the Airport to newport city is litterally in front of Belmont hotel.The hotel itself is surrounded with restaurants that is walkable around 5mins and Mcdonalds is just next to Belmont.

Grand Westside is conveniently located near NAIA Terminal 3, making it a practical choice when flying in or out of T3. The breakfast buffet is decent, though the ₱1,500 rate feels relatively steep compared to the selection offered. The staff are generally young, polite, and accommodating. Some are interns from different universities, which adds a fresh and friendly vibe. The lobby is bright, spacious, and welcoming, with wide hallways that give the place an airy feel. In contrast, the standard rooms are on the smaller side. Amenities are adequate, though I couldn’t find any lotion provided. On the positive side, WiFi is fast, and the cable TV is a nice perk, especially if you’re staying with kids. Another plus is its accessibility: the hotel is just a short ride to Mall of Asia and Ayala Mall by the Bay.

The room had an ample space for a queen bed and a sofa. The room was tidy and totally appreciate the freebies with the room. Location is perfect near to Terminal 3 and across is Newport mall for a quick dinner with family. Staff was very approachable and accomodating with late check ins and late check outs. Breakfast buffet had a few selection of pastries and Asian cuisine but plenty of hot and cold drinks to choose from. Downside is there was a musty odour on one side of the room near the window. Otherwise, very satisfied and totally recommend.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the amenities. The infinity pool with the acrylic bottom is both unique and fun, and the I’M Onsen Spa is unlike anything I’ve experienced in Manila — relaxing, clean, and very professional. I also enjoyed the rooftop bar; the jellyfish aquarium is mesmerizing and the skyline views are stunning. Breakfast was good, with a decent variety, though it could be expanded a little for longer stays. Aside from that minor note, everything else was close to perfect. Overall, I’M Hotel delivered comfort, service, and experiences that made my trip to Makati truly memorable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manila, whether for business or leisure.

They made the check-in process smooth and always attended to my requests with professionalism and a smile. Their excellent service left a very good impression, and it’s one of the main reasons I’ll be coming back to stay here again this coming October for a 3-day holiday. Highly recommended!

One of the highlights was the pool – very clean and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. It would be great if the hotel considers upgrading this in the future to enhance the in-room entertainment experience. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely return!
