Everything was perfect, clean and spacious room with large TV. Very good wifi, private and free parking. The food is good as well as the hearty breakfast. The hotel is about 18 minutes from the city center. There are 2 swimming pools with sauna and hammam.
The hotel is located at Horta Marina. The cruise ship at the entrance of the hotel makes the hotel feel more like a harbor. The staff at the front desk in the lobby are attentive and considerate. The fruit plate and mineral water delivered after check-in make you feel at home. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel relatively recognized. Will stay again next time.
The hotel has a great location and the view from the rooms is fantastic. The staff is very friendly.
The rooms themselves are fine. The bathrooms are definitely showing their age, but everything works. The beds were a disaster. The mattresses were extremely soft and very saggy. We changed rooms after two nights because we could hardly sleep, but the beds in the second room were also terribly soft. The breakfast room is very small for the number of guests, so it is very loud. The selection is OK but a bit meager for a 4-star hotel.
There is nothing next to this hotel location, but it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the old town. The hotel has a small swimming pool facing the beach. The breakfast place is very large. Parking is free at the door and the parking lot is large. Good value for money.
The hotel is located near a botanical garden. Thermal pool, 2 open jacuzzis and an indoor SPA creates a wonderful atmosphere. The ladies who clean the room deserve the highest rating as it is tough to keep everything perfect while the guests are using the thermal pools with iron (volcanic spring) water. Nice breakfast and terrace.
Our best stay of the 6 Azores Islands/ Our best stay of the 6 Azores isles
We stayed in a junior suite for just 2 nights on the 7th and 8th of June. Very spacious with a living room and associated small kitchen, sleeping area with very spacious beds, bathroom and terrace with a view of the ocean. 2 televisions available. Made use of the outdoor pool and hot tub. Very friendly reception. Excellent buffet breakfast with a large choice, including fresh fruit. The goods were constantly replenished. The hotel is located just above the ocean. In between there is a 'walking track' along which you reach the center of Praia after about 10 steps, including the O pescador restaurant. For example, you can leave your car at the hotel and you have the opportunity to taste the Azorian wines. It was by far our best stay and breakfast of our 6 islands visited (Sao Miguel, Terceira, Graciosa, Sao Jorge, Pico and Faial).
Normally we would have liked to stay one day longer, but our planning for the internal flights and boat connections did not allow this, as there are not all days
flight and boat connections with all islands (after Terceira, Graciosa).
If we ever come back to the Azores, it will be Terceira in the first place,
with the Atlantida Mar.

Like opening a blind box, I didn't expect this hotel to be in a good location. The door is more than 1 meters away from the coastline. It is very beautiful. There are several observation decks. I saw the mountains and the lake. I saw the sea. It was a perfect journey! Yesterday morning at about ten o'clock in the store, the reception was very good, and when I saw the room, I helped us check in early. Also introduced the hotel's facilities. The hotel's facilities are very good, there are Turkish jacuzzis, dry and wet sauna. The room is large enough, the open kitchen is fully equipped, the balcony faces the sea, seriously, this is the most satisfying hotel for this trip, it is recommended and 5-star evaluation.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a comfortable position, close to the north cost in a small town, just 15/20 minutes drive from Ponta Delgada & the Airport.
To my surprise when we arrived there were two type of rooms, suites or bungalows, of course according to the price we paid we were assigned the suite.
What surprised me that during the booking process to photos we saw were not the suites, which led us to believe that was going to look different than it actually was.
The amenities were limited, there is no safe or fridge in the suites.
In the bathroom the paper holder was rusted because it has been positioned under the towel rack.
The breakfast included option was fine, but little limited and repetitive, fruits were fresh and good, as well as well various cheese and hams choices.
If you can get a cheap price for your stay is overall a good option, but bear in mind that there are some caveats.
I would suggest to the hotel to update their images on the platforms and separate clearly the type of rooms available in order to avoid unwanted surprises for the guests.
GGusNSA truly wonderful hotel.
With only 9 rooms, the staff focuses on making every guest experience exceptional.
The location is great, central enough to explore the Island and come back too every day. While the view from, and upon exiting, your room will take your breath away every single time.
All of the accommodations are top notch, the bed was supremely comfortable and even the linens and towels had a plush feeling.
Breakfast options can be slightly redundant but the quality and freshness of the ingredients, along homemade jam and juice, as well as a flexibility to switch things up on the menu, more than make up for it.
We the hotel restaurant is excellent for dinner as well. So much so that we ended up defaulting to it more than once during our stay.
We also appreciated small details like the phone they provided upon check-in that followed us everywhere on the island for spur of the moment suggestions and reservations through the hotel!
All in all, highly recommended, my wife and I know we’ll be back!
GGuest UserWhilst the hotel was very modern it seemed to lack basics such as a kettle in the room (there is a nespresso machine but for any tea drinkers out there they will know that making tea through a coffee machine is far from ideal) and being able to retrieve an iron. Instead you are expected to put items in for laundry when all we wanted to do was run an iron over a shirt for the evening.
Pool area is stunning however has the most uncomfortable loungers you could ever find. They look great but the max stay to bathe is less than an hour before your entire body goes numb.
It seems that this stunning hotel is trying to be a little above its star rating and failing on these few points at just trying that bit too hard for the clientele staying.
Rooms were very clean although signs of some wear and tear are already starting to show.
Location is EXCELLENT and staff helpful, polite and welcoming.
Not sure if we would stay again as we are real sun worshipers and really struggled to enjoy the pool area here.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and beautiful 👍 The restaurant guests have discounts and offers. The breakfast is rich and varied. The location is very convenient. Look at the mountains and the sea. 👍
GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.
GGuest UserI WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

雅雅Our hosts Francisco and Lucilia are some of the kindest and most hospitable hosts on this planet. They were happy to share their considerable knowledge of not only Terceira, but the Azores in general, with us. They went out all the way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to recommend the place and would like to express our gratitude to Francisco and Lucilia.
