I was worried after seeing the reviews on this hotel however I had a lovely stay. The hotel is too close to the airport if you are a light sleeper may need to bring ear plugs. However my room was quiet and I had no issues with the noise. The hotel can offer less noisy rooms. The staff was friendly and polite. The amenities of the hotel were great. They offer breakfast and afternoon tea. There is a rooftop bar and pool, and a steam room. The hotel is also close to a lot of western restaurants

Spacious hotel across several buildings, i was housed at the building next to hotel lobby. Average gym, comfy bed, decent breakfast, soundproof works well can't hear any planes flying across or the traffic next to my window. The only inconvenience is the location being far from old town, or Nimman but they provide free shuttle for guests.

This hotel gave me a truly wonderful stay! The overall ambiance is brand new, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, making for a truly relaxing stay. Although Chiang Mai is currently experiencing frequent rain, the hotel is thoughtfully designed. There's a driveway and parking lot on the first floor, allowing drivers to drop off their cars in a sheltered area without getting wet. Then, take the elevator up to the second floor for check-in. The check-in counter is on the second floor. Please note that this hotel requires a 3,000 baht cash deposit, so be sure to prepare this in advance. Breakfast is not a buffet, but rather a boxed breakfast, but it's quite generous: it includes a main course, salad, fruit, and a drink—simple yet heartfelt. For this price, staying in such a new, comfortable, and thoughtful hotel is truly excellent value. Highly recommended for travelers visiting Chiang Mai who want a balance between budget and quality!

I enjoyed a peaceful stay at Stay With Nimman. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient, making everything smooth from arrival to departure. The hotel is clean, well-located, and offers a quiet atmosphere despite being close to Nimman's busy streets. Great for a simple, no-stress visit.

Located away from city center ~ it’s not that bad a good value for the price ~ easy check in and check out~

The room felt brand new, almost too new, as there was a strong lingering smell of fresh paint and new furniture which made breathing a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom door was faulty, and I nearly got trapped inside, but my friend called the staff who promptly came to fix it. Getting the Wi-Fi to work was also quite a hassle. I didn't have a sound sleep. However, everything else was very good.

A great hotel, nice people and good service. Very good and delicious breakfast buffet. Nice pool. But most of all you are in a great area where you have the night market around the corner and many little food stands with great quality food for 80/100 Bath per person. 7/11 across the hotel. Excellent location. Furniture is dated but rooms being renovated but good quality. We are going back in 1,5 week before fkying back. So just to mention a good spot.

Very comfortable and spotless hotel. Ideally located at a corner of the inner town. The rooms are spacious and the bed very comfortable

Hotel room was huge and spacious. The front desks and staff were all really friendly and helpful (whenever we needed to borrow an umbrella or requested for more water) The buffet spread was great too. One minor thing was that the pillows provided were too low/soft - but that’s to each their own. Proximity wise, very close to One Nimman (just opposite the street) and MAYA shopping centre
