Location was perfect for concerts goers at Impact Arena by the skywalk bridge. Will book back here for concert purposes. Overall the cleanliness was decent ok, though I understand that special request is upon availability but still kind of disappointed shocked when I was given totally opposite of what I requested.

I enjoyed stay here 1 night when I went to the concert at impact arena, easy to go to the hotel via public transportation, near by the venue and the room is nice overall! probably stay here again next time

I recently stayed at a hotel near Chaengwattana Road and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything from the bed linens to the bathroom was spotless, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the best things about this hotel is the location. It's within walking distance of Central Chaengwattana, which is perfect for shopping and dining. It's also very close to IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, so it’s an excellent choice if you’re attending a concert, event, or exhibition there. What made it even more convenient was the nearby BTS Pink Line station, making it easy to travel around the area without needing a car or taxi. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and conveniently located place to stay in the Chaengwattana–Muang Thong Thani area.

Amazing Stay with a Stunning Rooftop View! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop! The panoramic views of the city skyline were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Whether you’re enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar or taking a dip in the infinity pool, the atmosphere is pure luxury. The ambiance, music, and lighting create the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the amenities provided were top-notch. The hotel’s restaurants also offered a fantastic selection of gourmet dishes, with impeccable service to match. If you’re looking for a 5-star experience with world-class service and a rooftop that will leave you speechless, I highly recommend .Can’t wait to come back!

I arrived hotel in the late night and I informed in advance. Unfortunately when I arrived I was informed that the water was not functioning and it would be resumed after 3am in the morning. I was disappointed the fact that after midnight how can I find another place to sleep ,so I stayed without utilizing water. I also contacted customer service of Trip and they gave me really nice solution for this problem

This place is perfect both location and the comfy room. The room is nice and clean. The service is excellent. Recommend to visit:))

Good location, private parking, no full amenities but enough for short stay especially business traveler. Room is not deep clean but acceptable. Building and elevator is quite new. Easy to check in and check out. There’s convenient store (7-11) , just 5 mins walk. It’s near bts skytrain (pink line) at Muangthong station.

- Noisy Air Conditioner – The air conditioner was extremely loud, and even after adjusting the fan speed, the noise level remained the same. This made it difficult to sleep. - Traffic Noise from the Road – Being on the 18th floor, I could still hear traffic noise from Rattanathibet Road throughout the night, which was quite disruptive. - Disturbance by Hotel Staff – On 3pm-4pm, a hotel technician kept knocking on my door repeatedly and even attempted to have housekeeping open my room. I assume there was a misunderstanding regarding room numbers, but this caused unnecessary inconvenience and concern. - Inconvenient Bathroom Setup – In the wet zone of the bathroom, there was only a soap dish designed for bar soap, despite the hotel providing liquid soap. This made it inconvenient to use the provided amenities.

The rooms and place are nothing special but the staff are very helpful and it was only a place to sleep. The locations great if you’re a fan of the bustle of Kowloon. The staff were super helpful, when trip.com ballsed up our dates and refused a refund; they helped us re negotiate.

Am very impressed with the location and price. While it’s far away from central (slightly) it’s very convenient to go to Impact/thunder dome. The shuttle service was helpful too. Just have to check with the counter when they’re available. The room was clean and comes with free bottled water. I’m particular about taste of water, the provided were good. The room was cold enough as well. Please note that there’s trees surroundings you may expect some bugs from nature but I didn’t see any for myself. The water was not hot enough for me but I can handle 2 days without it. Comes with amenities and no questionable stains seen in towel/bedsheets. Bed was low but I slept well. Will definitely come again when I’m here for short trip to watch a concert.
