This is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. It was super clean, the rooms were spacious, modern and in „like new“ shape, the service was outstanding, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was good… and the location in the center of beautiful Phattalung is also great 🙂 we would always come back
A really fine hotel bang smack in the middle of the town. Eateries within walking distance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. You're provided a welcome drink upon arrival. Ample parking and the rooms are spacious and clean.
I've stayed at this property four times now, and I've noticed that if I stay for two nights or more, I receive a welcome drink voucher. The last time I received it, I didn't use it, and this time I got it again.
When I tried to use it, the staff told me that I could only get a lemonade and that it couldn't be taken away.
While I appreciate the gesture, I can't help but wonder why the property doesn't just offer the welcome drink at check in instead of giving out vouchers to use at the Siva Cafe.
I also thought I might be able to enjoy a coffee and take it away with me, but that wasn't the case. The property states that they have the final right of interpretation.
We had a pleasant stay! The room was spacious and super tidy. The environment was quiet and tranquil. The sound of nature can heal your stress away. The hospitality from the staff is good. The room amenities is good especially the toiletries like hair conditioner and shower gel. My husband like it so much as he felt fresh and rejuvenated after shower. Buffet spread was good even we only ate egg 😂.please consider a little bit of halal dishes because halal food can be challenging at that area. We didn’t get to experience the hotel activities due to rain. Hotel compound was nice and presentable, thought need some improvement here and there. Overall, we enjoyed it! very recommended!
Nice hotel. Just parking lot is limited & need to park other side. Still okey & comfortable. Just walking distance to halal restaurants.will repeat. The room is nice & clean.
City Park is a no frills hotel with large, clean and comfortable rooms. As a traveller its best feature is the large car park just outside the ground floor rooms, making it simple to unload and load my scooter. There are lots of restaurants and stalls within walking distance. This is my favourite hotel in Phattalung and I have stayed here several times already.
The room is very spacious, with a huge bed that is incredibly comfortable to sleep in. The hotel looks and feels new, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
There is plenty of parking available, and having a 7-11 in the building is extremely convenient.
There are some eateries nearby, and the staff recommended “Red Beef House,” which turned out to be a delightful surprise for celebrating Christmas.
Do note that it’s about 30 minutes away from Thale Noi. It’s best to use Google Maps for navigation in this area, as Waze doesn’t work well here.
This is about 20 minutes drive from Lotus Pond.
It is a paradise. And the landlord is very nice, waiting for us to checkin at the door at night. After the room in the morning, the landlord has a lotus flower, which is really beautiful.
A family can come to live, a good experience, the room is very new and the wooden house is beautiful.

GGuest UserWe had booked a ”sea view” room, which is in fact one of the 2 rooms closest to the hotel entrance/exit) with a window giving you a little bit of a lake view. You have to cross the street, walk a few meters and pass the trees to have a real good view of the lake. A little bit of an overselling? Probably yes, but this was not a big deal for us. The first of the 2 rooms meeting the definition of that we had booked had a poor AC (35° and not going down - I trust it will be fixed fast, if not done already). The gentleman managing the place was kind enough to give us the other one (which luckily was available!). It was small, clean and tidy with a good bathroom. Nothing fancy about it, yet nice; we felt good (and the AC worked wonderfully to bring the temperature down to 24/25°).
The owner allowed us to use his fridge to stock some of our fresh products (no fridge in the room).
The small car park across the street is convenient.
Coffee is made available in the morning. No breakfast.
The hotel is a few kilometers away from the city.
Overall, we were satisfied with our overnight stay.

PPiyapong NooThere's a counter employee. I don't know what's wrong with him. He has a sullen face, doesn't greet guests, doesn't greet customers in the evening, late at night, but in the morning the service is good. I'm confused. He's probably tired. It's 2-3 in the morning and he can't go home. So he has a sullen face. He's not happy working. He's very angry with someone. I'm confused. I don't know what to do when I use the service and see an employee with a sullen face. He doesn't say anything and doesn't dare tell anyone. I don't know what to say.

JJackThis hotel is in a rural area, so it is very difficult to get there. We had a hard time finding Grab or Bolt to travel and return. Our room was clean with a view in front of the lake. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, it was great for a walk during sunset. The only thing that bothers us a little during our stay was the strange noises in our room at night, probably some small animals... Overall we enjoyed our stay there.
