Our family love everything about the resort. Great location. Clean room and bathroom. Nice pool. Acceptable breakfast spread. The food and drink at the cafe were good with affordable price. The only downside of the cafe was no cards or e-wallet payment.

Room was very clean, fresh water replaced daily free of charge. The WiFi worked very well, was able to stream and download tv on an evening. The aircon was strong and kept the room nice and cool. The location is good, right in the centre of the island but away from the busy noisy areas, could easily walk to any beach within 10 minutes. As other people have noted, there is a bar that plays music nearby however it didn’t bother us, all you could hear was the bass and we slept right through it. For the price, I don’t think there is much better.

Every once and a while you enter a property that transports you to another plane—certainly physically, more than likely emotionally, and possibly even spiritually. Serendipity delivers on all fronts. The ocean-view villa made me pine for loved ones, as I initially felt guilty for experiencing such a property by myself. I imagined my folks opening the shuttered windows and gazing out at the sunrise each morning. I wished my niece and nephew were sitting on the villa-wide balcony, keeping me company. Yet as the days passed, I fell comfortably in love with being alone in such a magnetic space. Steps from the most intimate, private stretch of Sunrise Beach, Serendipity balances up-scale bohemia with laid-back sophistication. The owner, fortunately, is also a chef—noted in each dish served. Welcoming and gregarious, he was approachable without being overbearing. Honeymoon—yes. Intimate anniversary—absolutely. Elderly parents—possibly a challenge due to the inclined stairways. However, anyone healthy should be able to navigate the surroundings easily. Low season was a dream… Thank you, Serendipity. X, Sam

It was a good stay but the WIFI connection got disrupted throughout our stay till will checked out today. Other than that, they should increase more indoor games like carrom, chess etc. The buffet breakfast was overall satisfactory but the can be some sugar control on the Thai Milk Tea. Will consider coming in future. Very courteous and respectful staffs, kudos to them all.

Koh Tarutao National park is a GEM! 💎 We spent an incredible 9 days in a Grand Garden room and it was great. Location location location! Very nice staff everywhere and the shuttle to walking street was effective. You can book all of your transportation with them through email and even book a private boat to come pick you up for a day (DO IT!). Con’s: 1 Groundwater supply. It is brown and ruined multiple clothing items of white color. 2 Breakfast: while there was a large selection, only a select few items were healthy options. Symbolic cafe at the beach has way better options, but it’s expensive and not included. The orange juice is fake with sugar and so are the other drinks available. Again the staff were great but please consider removing the gesture from the man at 10am who tells each table that breakfast is ending. There are signs and the timing is listed in the booking details, it felt insincere and you could tell he wasn’t comfortable doing it either. 3 the cleaner was ineffective, leaving the ground water stains to build up in the sink and the toilet. Changed sheets every 3 days even though they were brown from the water. She was kind and sincere.

Clean, cozy hotel, great price, excellent staff, minus poor sound insulation... there is a hairdresser nearby, 7eleven, the people around are friendly. Stayed overnight before a trip to Langkawi, the ferry leaves at 11.30)))

Fantastic place, attention to each detail, beautiful hotel territory, well designed room with a unique design, very rich and tasty breakfast buffet. We stayed in Garden Villa close to the beach and it was wonderful. Food and drink in the beach bar are of a good level and reasonable prices, their young coconuts are fantastically fresh. Staff is incredible and try to assist you with everything. Keep in mind that hotel is spread over the hill, we had beach level villa, but there are many that are located upper and you have to climb many stairs. But for a short climbing it’s fine, good for health. Though can be a big minus for older travelers. Definitely I will stay here again on my next visit to Lipe.

It's a very quiet small town. I didn't expect that the receptionist was a Thai girl who studied Chinese in Chongqing. The hotel is in a good location, the room is good overall, and the hygiene is also very good.

Pretty solid I guess, we stayed in the little villas between the restaurant and the pool. They were generally clean and quiet, staff was nice enough but not overly so. Bigger issues tbh is Koh lipe- it’s supposed to have world class beaches but they are covered end to end with boats all day every day. They only want to avoid it is north near Irene and the maintain area, or to take a little boat to some nearby beach. This place is good enough if you’re going to lipe though.

AAnonymous UserEnvironment: Let's talk about the very advantageous environment first. To watch the sunrise, you can watch it right outside the hotel door. To watch the sunset, walk 3 minutes west from the hotel door to the tail beach of the Zodiac Hotel next door. There is also a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the only lively walking street on the island after 6 pm (you can help call a taxi during the day. All tuk-tuk taxis on the island are 50 baht/adult. If you don't bring children, it only takes 10 minutes to walk there). If you want to play Hayak, the hotel can also rent it for free. In addition, the hotel also provides beach riding (I didn't try it, I guess it's charged). If you want to borrow a life jacket, you need to ask at the place where you borrow Hayak~ Facilities: The room provides electric mosquito repellent, regular toiletries, Bluetooth speakers, coffee machine, wine, mini bar (the latter two are charged), which is quite standard~ The swimming pool has been constantly changing water, and the water quality is also very friendly to babies~ Hygiene: I stayed for a total of 5 nights. I feel that the hygiene of the room depends entirely on the gestures of the cleaning staff. The room was quite clean and tidy on the first and second days. From the third day onwards, sometimes they would forget to replenish towels, sometimes they would forget to replenish toiletries, and sometimes they would forget to replenish paper towels. But fortunately, as soon as you check in, you need to scan the QR code to download the App. You can add the content you need at any time on the App, including three meals, which are all self-selected on the App, and then the waiter will deliver it to your door (btw, I was quite worried about stepping on thunder after reading the reviews before breakfast, but after experiencing it myself, it may vary from person to person. In fact, their set is still very rich, with protein-friendly, vegetarian-friendly, sweets-friendly, local flavor-friendly, etc.) ~ Service: There is nothing special. Compared with its luxury hotel positioning, there is no highlight and it is relatively passive, so I will give it three points~

SSiew TeingThe staff will pick you up from the pier and it's free. Upon arrival they will tell you the rules. Room is big and spacious, the only thing not good is the water pipe is leakage. The floor is quite oily and I almost fall down for few times. Other than that hotel facility is good, got a welcome drink upon arrival. Free snorkelling glass and kayak. Breakfast is good too . Forgot what's the name of the staff at the breakfast bar, but the curly hair boy did a great job serving the breakfast.

GGuest UserFrom the moment we arrived via boat to the most beautiful setting, we were breath taken! The private beach is great for snorkeling and safe for kids. Our room (no. 6) was a good size, nice balcony, some sea views and comfortable. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful, especially the receptionist who was always smiling and super friendly. Of our 8-day stay in Koh Lipe, we spent 3 nights here. By comparison, the hotel we moved to next was marginally cheaper, also with a high (but not as high) rating. Ten Moons was the better deal!!! Pros: - Stunning location - Large glass water jug in the room (which was refilled daily using a 5 gallon water bottle rather than multiple small plastic bottles). Great to see the hotel reducing the use of plastic! - Great breakfast selection - Food available all day - Clean - Staff helpful and friendly - Life jackets, beach toys, snorkels, etc available for use for free - Quiet location/very peaceful and relaxing - Lovely sand (sand texture tends to vary in Koh Lipe however it was great here!) - Walking distance or ferry ride to walking street and more livelier areas Cons: - One of the few hotels not showing a sign or communicating/educating tourists NOT to step on coral. The by-product is that there isn’t a lot of live coral to see although there is still a lot of fish life. By comparison, we saw a hotel further down actively promoting not to stand on coral with staff educating tourists - No pool (although not needed as the sea area is more than ample to swim in) - No kayaks (available for hire at THB200 per hour nearby, less than a minute walk away) - Not for people who struggle with stairs (although there are a couple of villas on the beach without the use of stairs) We would most certainly stay here again!

PPC Chin117We had a fantastic stay at the Resort which was very conveniently located close to the jetty landing. Being situated at the end of the Sunset Beach, it was less busy and expose to the general public, making it rather private. We had to change the room the first day due to a plumbing issue in one of our rooms. The resort was also very accommodating in changing the 2nd room to a ground floor unit as I’d suffered a knee injury prior to the holiday. The daily buffet breakfast had wide choices and something to look forward to even after 4 nights. Kudos to the ever helpful receptionists and Boy who was super helpful and informative. Will definitely be a choice of stay again.

LLizzieWWe loved castaway the bungalows were decorated really nicely and staff were there to help with anything. It was very hot as you’ll read in other reviews but they gave us an extra fan which did the trick. They also gave us mosquito spray for the room. I would recommend taking ear plugs and an eye mask as there is no soundproofing from the noises of the Forrest and from other people in their bungalows which can be quite loud. There isn’t really an option to sit in the sun since it’s mostly shaded by trees but it’s easy enough to walk up the beach and find a spot elsewhere.

RRobertWe stayed at Sita resort for a week   We had a room near the restaurant and front desk. The accommodations were clean and the room had all the amenities of home including a romantic outside bath. The grounds were kept up the pool was sparkling   And of course the beach that was only a few hundred feet from our room was amazing I would highly recommend this resort
