Very nice hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The indoor pool and outdoor pool of the hot spring were comfortable at warm temperatures. The Balinese therapists at the spa were very good at massage and booked every day. The staff is the best service. The food was Turkish and very delicious. I like the decoration of the room because it is luxurious. The bathtub and toilet were profound and impressed. It is a building with a history. I want to come to stay again. I highly recommend it.

The reason why we chose it because it is a Hilton hotel is a hotel. However, the dustiness of the room disappointed us in terms of cleanliness. I think it's an isolated incident. It still didn't fit.

The hotel is located very far from Yalova, no bus can pass through it, if you do not have a car, you need to use a taxi or the hotel's transfer, which costs between 350 lira and 530 lira, and the hotel is right on the main road, so I definitely do not recommend going there.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good
The waiter working at the poolside of the hotel was very attentive, thank you, the guys working in the restaurant do not know what service is, I got up and bought everything myself
We have not been able to get a signal from the TV at the hotel for two days, although we asked the technical team to come and check, no one came for the TV for 3 days
Don't be fooled by the photos, it is the highway.

Everything is perfect except location.
Cleanliness, friendly staff, and very very good condition of the interior furniture.
However, it is not a disadvantage that it is a little far from downtown Yalova, so please refer to it.

Rooms was Clean. The quilts and pillows were old. Some of them were torn.
The quality of the breakfast was reasonable. The quality of the food was very good.
The water in the indoor pool was too hot for me. I did not like the lighting of the pool. It was very dark and depressing.
There are no alcoholic beverages in this hotel. What is strange for me is that there were no toothbrushes in the rooms and you had to buy them from the hotel.
Another admirable thing was that the roof of the hotel was covered with solar panels that supplied the hotel's electricity.

GGuest UserVery good hotel in the town of Termal! Close to the springs, cafes and bus stop. Incredibly welcoming and hospitable hosts! Upon check-in, we were given a choice of 2 rooms!
Breakfasts, although monotonous, were delicious!
We stayed for 5 days and it was wonderful!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was very nice, they serve additional juice coffee and Turkish tea. Thank a lot to make my stay lovely and joyful. Appreciated
