This is an established hotel with an excellent location right on the main street, making it incredibly convenient to walk everywhere. The hotel offers free parking and has a sky bridge directly connecting to the hotel. A convenient key card drop-off box is located by the elevators for contactless and quick checkout, eliminating the need to interact with front desk staff. The rooms are spacious. Despite its age, it's well-maintained and very clean. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money right on the Las Vegas main street and is a great choice.

This was our second time to Vegas been there the first time to get married and stayed at The Mirage. We are a couple in our 40s and 50’s from England. The location is spot on right in the middle of the strip. The hotel does not have a WOW factor and the room although big looked worn down. The carpet needs replacing and feels dirty. The check in was relatively quick took around 20’ including queuing. We were not offered any paid room upgrades or were not given any info at all just told where the elevator was. The pool area seemed okay but a fraternity event was on at the hotel and they were youngsters everywhere in the pool area so this was not our cup of tea we stayed for an hour or so and then left. The view was nice. Overall for the price it s worth it given its central location but I would not stay there again. There s so much choice out there that I would try something else. Although if the mirage was still open and not undergoing major refurbishment/rebranding we would have returned to the mirage 100%.

The only downside was the inconsiderate behavior of some other guests. A group of foreign guests next door were smoking in their room and making a lot of noise, which led us to check out a night early.

We found this trip at the last minute and we arrived late in the evening. We would also like to enjoy the small restaurant bar to exchange with the rooms, but we left early in the morning.

1. The hotel is newly opened, the reception is more enthusiastic and the attitude is good. Entering the corridor of the housekeeping department and the room, there is a big smell. 2. The front desk translation robot said that it can provide free toothbrush toothpaste and disposable slippers. I waited in the room for about an hour and did not see the delivery. Then I went to the front desk to ask and did not provide relevant free supplies. The small store in the lobby has toothbrush and toothpaste for sale. 3. There are not many service facilities around the hotel, which is not too convenient. Self-driving people are not a big problem. 4. I don't know if it is a common phenomenon: the two beds in my room have a problem of abnormal noise when turning over the mattress, affecting sleep.

As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

The area isn’t the best but it’s on the loneliest highway. We got the 5th floor based on other reviews and the room was clean but the bathroom tub was painted and the area around drain was black. The vent above the toilet was coming off and going to the bathroom was interesting because there wasn’t much legroom. The casino is a smoking area and it does smell pretty bad. The room we stayed in did not smell like smoke though.

This is not a hotel for visitors to vegas. Don't book a car. It is very far from downtown. The waterway is above the hotel. There is some noise. The whole is a serviced apartment. You can cook.

NNuonuoThis is a fantastic and very comfortable hotel. The lobby area on the ground floor is quite lively, and it even has a Starbucks. The swimming pool was my absolute favorite feature – perfect for a refreshing dip when it was too hot to venture out during the day. In the evenings, it was super convenient to visit various popular spots, as they were all nearby. The rooms are also very spacious and comfortable, and the general atmosphere is lovely, ensuring a truly pleasant stay.

GGuest UserVery poor hotel Expensive and rooms are shabby. I booked a studio room initially and was told to upgrade as they had rooms that had been ‘recently ‘ renovated. I guess recently they just mean this century as they were worn and dirty. Bath leaked too Phone in the room didn’t work and there was no cups or glasses for water. Just a $22 bottle Check in takes a long time and the queue for bag check is ridiculous Won’t stay here again

MMartin Heginio Jr.It is a five star hotel but the glass that they are  giving to guests in rooms are  just disposable cups with no amenities like kettle, coffee, toothpaste, nor bottled water. We stayed for 3 nights and may not be coming back again to stay in this hotel due to poor services. On the 3rd day of stay our  room was not thoroughly cleaned…. Though the resto at the top is the best place to have your dinner  with stunning views of vegas at night. Services and food  at the resto at the top was excellent with the very accommodating Filipino staff headed by Ms . Juvy. ..

AAngeles Rowena BThe Casino was amazing. I had good wins at BlackJack. The food court was nice, good food and the atmosphere at the lobby is super solid. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit boring. No amenities or snacks and drinks other than shampoos and towels. But overall, the hotel was very nice and quite close to the strip, though you need to walk further to get to better places.

GGuest UserThe front desk agent was great but the elevator to the tower did not work the whole time I was there. Big disappointment. Resort Fee and incidental fee is extremely high for a place of that caliber. I am a local that has stayed in many Resorts and this was not the right price range for this hotel. For example incidental hold for the Venetian is $150, the incidental fee for this hotel is $300. Not the nest for and hold hotel.

HhuidanThe room is big and nice, however; we got arranged to the end hallway room with no view. The refrigerator is full of drinks from the hotel, and it's not able to use it. During checked in, the front desk staff member had no smile and didn't mention anything about the hotel resort info. They look like they are not happy to work there or tire of the job. Overall, it's okay.

Ccaffe_scImpeccable swimming pools but they close too early! Absolutely beautiful room and interior decor, but the lack of free coffee / tea is puzzling. Never stayed in a 5 stars without those basic things… Free parking for guests - it is a bit further up on the Strip, so that’s a good gesture. However, it does mean making it difficult to get around to other places in the very hot summer. Overall a good stay! Nice new hotel.
