The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

The hotel is very new, beautifully decorated, conveniently located, and has a very good service attitude. They also gave guests red envelopes during the Spring Festival. I forgot to take a photo of the room. The buffet is also very rich! The only drawback is that the hotel's soundproofing is not very good. The rooms are close to the road and you can hear the car noise. In addition, the noise from the guests next door can also be heard. You have to ask the waiter to intervene. It's okay to stay for one night.

Definitely the RIGHT place to stay in BaoLoc - turn left out the front entrance, left again at the T and about less than 500m up the road, on the right, is an awesome fresh seafood restaurant (it’s an open store / all the insides are seafood and cooking, so you sit on the street, or get take-out. Or get a rotisserie BBQ chicken locally.

Didn't have an enjoyable stay as expected. The check in progress is kind of ordinary without any introduction to the resort and history, the breakfast is very so so, and more importantly, there are some loud birds which ruined my sleep at midnight. I don't recommend it.

Excellent service, no questions about that, the guys at the reception are great, they speak English, they help with everything. The place is a bit far from the center, for those who like privacy. The rooms are spacious, everything you need is there, except for the air conditioner))

We really enjoyed our stay although the location not that near from city centre (15-20min of car ride; easy booking of grab). Is a peaceful and beautiful location just beside lake Tuyen Lam. Hotel receptionist is kind and helpful. The room is ready when we arrived earlier around 11am. Buffet breakfast was good too!! Highly recommended.

This isn’t my first time at the resort, but every visit feels special, thanks to the warm welcome from the caring manager, Thuy, and the ever-friendly receptionist, Phu. Their hospitality truly sets the tone for a relaxing stay. The resort itself is always spot-on clean and maintains its rooms like new. The attention to detail is impressive, from the refreshing drinks provided at the pool area to the delightful chocolates and good night notes left every evening. It's a peaceful, serene spot to unwind and take a break, just a couple of hours from Sai Gon. The food and service are consistently excellent, making every visit enjoyable. Whether you're looking for a place to relax or simply chill, this resort is highly recommended!

We chose to stay at this stunning hotel nestled in the hidden gem kind of city of Vietnam. The hotel staff was brilliant and genuinely kind, which made the love we have for Dalat even deeper. Sadly, Trip.com didn’t choose the best picture of the hotel to set as the main one, my partner almost said no to the hotel then later admitted he would have regretted if we had never stayed here. We ended up extending our trip and both agreed that this would be our preferred hotel whenever we visit Dalat. I had very high expectations but got quite irritated by front desk demanding to see my Visa. I told them that I entered legally and they are not immigration. This really bothered me as none of the hotels every asked such bureaucratic and annoying question. Worse than in China. Room 101 seems the worst, has a window with a curtain facing the public area and sure enough before 8 am some staff needed to clip dead leaves while I had no privacy. Mosquitoes disrupted my sleep as well as relentless guest noises from the elevator at 5am, poor sound insulation. Breakfast was outstanding with an incredible selection of culinary delights. Well done, The rest of the stay was absolutely wonderful, fruits and coffee machine in the modern and tastefully appointed room made up for some of the frustrations. Please stop the irritating visa question, it spoiled my mood considerably. I would have otherwise given a perfect score.

My family of 8 stayed for 2 nights and booked 4 standard rooms, upgraded to 2 delux rooms for free, the staff supported early check-in when rooms were available. The doorman was friendly, enthusiastic, and cheerful. The receptionist was cute. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is near Da Lat market, Hoa Binh area, near Che He, soy milk, An cafe... 10 minutes walk to Xuan Huong Lake.
