A hotel with tiny rooms. But everything is clean and quiet. A bird was constantly knocking on the glass with its beak.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a bar. The water in the pool is good.
Breakfasts are paid separately. They take a long time to prepare and for that kind of money they could have made something decent and served at least some tomatoes or greens with eggs at the price of a good restaurant.
Overall, the main advantage of the hotel is that you can walk from it to the waterfall and restaurants. There are no other advantages, except that the building is new.
I can recommend it for the price. The WiFi is good, but you have to run and change the codes every few hours.
Our stay at Bhejane was amazing. The entire team made sure they went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing trip. Our room was always cleaned impeccably. My partner has food intolerances and they ensured that he was accomodated and enjoyed his breakfast. The location is also great 5 minute drive to town and 15 minute walk.Thank you to Sherlynn,Everjoy,Smollie,Charmaine,Malvin and the rest of the team.I will definitely be referring friends and family to Bhejane
The boss is very nice.
Facilities: hot water is available, no odor in the bathroom and room
Sanitation: clean, very clean
Environment: quiet, far from the city, the boss can take you to the city anytime if you want, you can have a good rest after a day of fun
Service: People are very enthusiastic, it's hard for me, a person who doesn't know English, to come to these places, haha, I relied on mobile phone translation and my own understanding to play all the way

You can reserve it late and the service is good! There is no free vehicle, this town, no matter where you go, it is 10 dollars a car, several times more expensive than Shanghai!
The room was very good, very clean, there were long mosquito nets, the whole hotel was like a garden, all the staff were very caring, the boss was a local white, the boss was very good in the United States, every day was a customized breakfast, I especially like egg rolls, coffee is also very authentic, We also ordered dinner at the hotel, about $25 per person, $18 local red wine is super delicious, all five stars, rare treasure hotel!

Very Good
GGuest UserWhat a wonderful place to stay. The staff were super friendly and service excellence was shown at all times. Only remark I want to leave is that a kettle in the lodge would be nice.

CChanté DevnarainClean and spacious hotel rooms. Super friendly, efficient and helpful service from all the staff. Breakfast was great. The hotel has a nice pool area and bar as well as a restaurant. The hotel is in an ideal location near to all activities, the falls & the local town. Lots of wildlife around like monkeys, buck, elephants & hippos. Great stay!
KKobe & KyleThe Hostel grounds themselves and the tent was very clean. We just did not realize that by booking a “double room” that it was actually a tent. The provided fan was nice and kept us cool in the evening and pool kept us clean during the day.
The location though is a bit outside of the town center though so you either need a car or to call a taxi to get anywhere.
The restaurant onsite was okay, but it wasn’t explained to us that occasionally they have a special BBQ and you can’t order anything else from the menu. If we knew that at the time, we would have stopped at the market and self catered.
But the staff was all lovely and helpful.

GGuest UserDespite the price was a tad steep, everything was excellent during our trip. The driver of free shuttle service was so attentive to introduce each stop snd reminded the pick up time on our way to Victoria Falls. Room itself was small yet clean with spectacular waterhole view. Shortfall was our room was too far from the waterhole itself. Nonetheless their service and breakfast were of top notch and view from the restaurant was unbeatable.
What a mesmerizing stay!
HhelenaLulu guest lodge is an absolutely charming place. We love the greneery and the environment. But what we find a truly delightful and awesome is the owner, Mr John. He has been so helpful n wonderful. Treating us with a trip introducing Victoria Falls town to us. Introducing his family too. We recommended his place especially for ladies as it felt so safe too..his staff esp esther is helpful n wonderful..they do laundry for us at usd5 per basket.
GGuest UserIt is indeed a century-old luxury hotel built by British colonists. It shows aristocratic temperament everywhere, low-key atmosphere, thoughtful and meticulous service. The black brother guides you to a special living room for check-in, and sends you wet wipes and lemonade. The back garden of the hotel is facing the waterfall bridge. The most wonderful thing is to enjoy the mist rising from the waterfall while drinking English afternoon tea.
DDesZizouHad a great stay here - very comfortable resort with super friendly staff. I was amazed one day to see elephants across the road feeding on a tree. It was a wonderful surprise
Breakfasts are good here too! Highly recommended accommodation.
