India is famous for its diverse cuisine, and among them, I tried the South Indian Thali. I went to a restaurant called Aryaas Regent on the recommendation of an Indian friend. Thali is a South Indian meal where you choose the main dish with various chutneys and sambals, and I chose Dosa, which has a rich flavor. I cut the crispy and rich Dosa into bite-size pieces and spread chutney on it, and it tasted like South India. I also ordered Paneer 65, a cheese fried dish, which was rich, soft, and really delicious. I also had Chai, a famous Indian tea, and it made the meal more fulfilling. If you are traveling to South India, you must try the South Indian thali!

Recently, I was in the state of Kerela in India at kochi, there seems to be a trend of both Costa coffee and stare bucks. Of course now it's during the Christmas season, many of these Starbucks outlet have started to sell Christmas collectibles that you are able to only find and the country itself, which makes it somewhat limited edition! Also, some of the coffee and food menu are specially curated to the country itself. Highly recommended hotel in Kerela. Nice and new facilities like a rooftop pool and room is spacious and nicely decorated with style. The restaurant of the hotel offers delicious local food and the prices are affordable compared to Bangalore where I travelled from. There is a new shopping mall named Forum just beside the hotel accessible from the third floor of the hotel.
