First day of road trip in Europe we arrived at Athens, visited many years ago, this time with my kids. Revisited Acropolis but did not buy the entry ticket (20 eur each). But it’s still worthwhile to see the full view of the beautiful ancient citadel from far. Take a walk at the nearby old town Monastiraki square where u can find food, souvenirs, art stuff, clothes, and gelato 🍧! Ps: if u r driving it is very challenging as the roads are narrow and also very difficult to find a parking spot
