This time, I buy again and the instructions for redeeming the gift cards have changed. It has not been updated on Trip.com app but it is ok, you hear it from me or from the concierge when you arrive at Iconsiam. For the redemption, you will have to go to their tourist lounge located at IconLux building. It is a much nicer place with plenty of seats. So you can take it easy and enjoy a free drink while waiting for them to process your redemption. I will strongly suggest you print out the email and the receipt sent by Trip.com in order to redeem it easily for your gift cards.
