It would take three to four days to visit both Buda and Pest. As for Sarajevo, the host told me not to stay outside alone at night, so I went back to the B&B after the tour. Basically, the tour took me to most of the attractions. Mostar was generally more comfortable, and I had plenty of time, so it might not be a bad idea to stay one more day. Each city in Croatia is not too big, so you can add or subtract days according to your schedule and preferences. I personally recommend staying in Dubrovnik for two days or more; Slovenia's attractions are spread over a wide area, and most of them can be visited in the same day.
