Buppararam Temple of Lanna

Wat Buppararam or Wat Meng or Wat Uppa is a temple of Chiang Mai with a history of more than 400 years. There is a teak Buddha image and a teak wood chapel, which is the art of Lanna. Located on Thapae Road, Wat Buppararam used to be the residence of Phra Maha Sangkharat Pussadeva and is also the place where the relics of the Lord Buddha are enshrined.
