Dim Sum at MingHin Cuisine in Chicago

Heard from friends that this restaurant has great dishes, so before heading to Chicago Airport, I decided to stop by for some dim sum. MingHin Cuisine is located near the intersection of Napperville Rd and Diehl Rd. The restaurant's exterior has a touch of traditional Chinese style, and the interior is spacious and bright. It brought back the familiar taste of Hong Kong, so I ordered a lot of dishes. I started eating as soon as they arrived and only remembered to take photos halfway through. The dishes included fried rice rolls, bean curd skin rolls, Macau-style roasted pork belly, chicken feet in black bean sauce, rice rolls stir-fried with XO sauce, beef tripe, water chestnut cake, turnip cake, and scallop egg white fried rice. Every dish was up to Hong Kong standards. The total bill came to $74, which is quite reasonable considering this area is known for being pricey.
