Misty Magic on Minjujisan

#summervacay Minjujisan isn’t one of those super hyped-up mountains, but honestly? That’s what makes it such a gem. I went in with zero expectations and came out totally refreshed. The trail starts off nice and forest-y, like nature’s version of a cozy blanket. Super quiet, with just the sound of rustling leaves and birds doing their thing. There were a few steeper spots that got my legs talking, but nothing too intense. The best part? That soft mountain mist that rolls in as you go higher. It wrapped around the trees and made everything feel all mysterious and dreamy, like walking through a Studio Ghibli scene. The summit isn’t flashy, but the peaceful vibe up top is chef’s kiss. Great place to chill, munch on trail snacks, and just enjoy the quiet. Barely ran into other hikers, which made it feel like my own little mountain escape. If you’re into low-key hikes with soul, Minjujisan’s your go-to.
