Travel to Fukui and Echizen

#DomesticTravelRecord I wanted to eat crab at the end of the year, so I went to Echizen in Fukui Prefecture to eat crab. I went for the first time last year, and it was so delicious that I went again this year. The Echizen crab tag adds a touch of luxury, and the meat and roe from the fine crab are amazing. The crab miso, white rice, and miso soup that I had at the end were the perfect combination. Apart from the crab, the sashimi, fried food, and seiko crab were all delicious. Because it was in the Hokuriku region, we were able to see snow, so it really felt like winter.
