The guest rooms feature 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows, Marshall sound systems, and bath amenities from the local time-honored brand "Li Xi Ji," specially formulated with pomelo essential oil. Notably, the soundproofing is excellent, with triple-pane glass and surrounding bamboo groves acting as a natural sound barrier. Breakfast includes mini Chen Village rice noodle rolls and thumb-sized pan-fried buns paired with wild kudzu root and snakehead fish soup. For meals, we recommend the free-range bearded chicken from Xingtan Town, slow-cooked in longan wood charcoal for 6 hours, or the bitter gourd stuffed with dace fish, enhanced with homemade loquat honey. At night, take a stroll to the "Fishing Fire Bar" at the northern sluice gate of the water town. Housed in a renovated old silkworm nursery, the bar features a vintage photo wall of the 1980s Shunde Sugar Factory. Their signature cocktail "Sugarcane Grove Breeze" uses homemade sugarcane syrup.
