I've stayed at Hotel Unizo Hakata Station Hakata Exit before, but it's been a while since the COVID-19 pandemic calmed down. The front desk is on the second floor, and the elevator always stops on the second floor. The elevator is a type that stops only on designated floors with a card key. Amenities can be selected at the front desk. There was also a plastic bag to put the amenities in. The room is simple, but each room is equipped with an air purifier and a trouser press, which is a nice touch. The bathroom is equipped with mini bottles of toiletries and a small mirror, so I think it's a friendly service for women. Breakfast is served at Beluga on the first floor. The laundry and microwave are on the front desk, second floor. It was also attractive that there was a mineral water server installed near the elevator on the guest room floor. There was also information about the Ladies' Floor, which is great for women!
