[Guizhou Geological Museum] The Guizhou Provincial Geological Museum has three floors, divided into four sections: Mysterious Guizhou, Colorful Guizhou, Rich Guizhou and Endeavor Guizhou. It contains various paleontological fossils such as phantom dragons and ichthyosaurs, as well as various mineral crystals, various rocks, and modern cultural relics. The entire venue design, both in terms of exhibits and scenes, is very reliable. We entered the museum around 13:30, thinking that one or two hours would be enough. Unexpectedly, we did not come out until the museum was cleared and closed. For a whole afternoon, with curiosity and awe, I felt Guizhou culture, felt the boundless time and space travel, and tasted the power of Guizhou condensed in time. [Xingyi Geopark Museum] The Xingyi Geopark Museum is a new museum that was officially opened in April 2018, but it is also the earliest source of Triassic marine reptile fossils in my country. In 1957, Hu's Guizhouosaurus was discovered here, which kicked off the study of marine reptiles in my country. The Guizhou Dragon Fossil In-Situ Conservation Museum covers an area of ​​more than 300 acres and has rich and intact fossil resources. The museum also has a variety of experience projects suitable for children, such as rubbings and model making. It is also one of the few venues in the country where you can experience the collection and restoration of paleontological fossils. That afternoon, under the guidance of the teacher, the little girl made a one-to-one model of the Guizhou dragon fossil. She also picked her favorite pink color and said she would put it on her desk when she got home. Then go to the fossil restoration room, use a microscope to clean the surrounding rocks layer by layer, peel off the sedimentary rocks, experience the fossil restoration work, and touch the evolution of the earth through the traces of life hundreds of millions of years ago in the fossils.
